【摘要】：20世紀(jì)50年代以來,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)了深刻的變革,在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的形式日益削弱,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)逐漸成為促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿?代表著這一個(gè)國(guó)家地區(qū)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展水平,其發(fā)展程度的高低對(duì)于一個(gè)地區(qū)甚至是一個(gè)國(guó)家而言都是綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力能否得以提高最重要的標(biāo)志。目前,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的主流趨勢(shì)是第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)互動(dòng)融合發(fā)展,特別是第二產(chǎn)業(yè)中的制造業(yè)和的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的融合,所以,要保障一個(gè)地區(qū)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性健康發(fā)展,最重要的是對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改造升級(jí)優(yōu)化、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的效率,這其中的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)無疑就是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)�？v觀全球經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的基本情況,可以得出目前發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)最主要的動(dòng)力源泉就是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)。并且,對(duì)于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)這一重點(diǎn)行業(yè)我們國(guó)家也逐步重視,也將其作為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的著力點(diǎn)。云南具有自然資源、邊疆地區(qū)、延邊核心等優(yōu)勢(shì),充分利用這些優(yōu)勢(shì),發(fā)展云南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的能動(dòng)性,對(duì)今后云南發(fā)展地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)來說必定起到大幅度的提升作用,具有更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。通過分析其他學(xué)者對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)各個(gè)方面的學(xué)術(shù)探討,結(jié)合云南省實(shí)際特殊情況,本文作者主要研究該產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)云南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。首先,對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵及外延的定義及劃分必須明確,因?yàn)閷?duì)關(guān)鍵詞界定的明確與否直接影響到本文主體分析部分進(jìn)行是否順利、研究是否正確。同時(shí),對(duì)本文涉及到的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理歸納,為后續(xù)的研究提供理論方面的支撐,并在此基礎(chǔ)上明確其作用機(jī)制與路徑;其次,對(duì)云南地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)獨(dú)特的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、自身的問題以及造成這些問題的原因進(jìn)行描述性分析;然后,具體從就業(yè)效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)的外部性、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)及其內(nèi)部各個(gè)行業(yè)對(duì)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響程度的方向及大小等方面綜合分析,對(duì)實(shí)證研究結(jié)果的深層次寓意進(jìn)行深入剖析,挖掘其最根本的原因;最后,針對(duì)研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,結(jié)合云南實(shí)際的特殊情況,提出幾點(diǎn)切實(shí)可行的符合云南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。通過本文的研究,得到如下結(jié)論:(1)云南整體經(jīng)濟(jì)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)都具有明顯的總量問題,發(fā)展都處于起步階段,發(fā)展水平較低,發(fā)展質(zhì)量有待提高;(2)實(shí)證研究表明:對(duì)于衡量該行業(yè)勞動(dòng)力吸納能力的指標(biāo)——就業(yè)彈性、結(jié)構(gòu)偏離度而言,云南省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在這兩方面都表現(xiàn)為負(fù)值,從客觀的角度證明云南生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)入方面仍具有很大的可能;在研究生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中其他非生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)部門的關(guān)系時(shí),得出該產(chǎn)業(yè)具有正的外部性,并且對(duì)其外部性的程度進(jìn)行了量化;研究還得出對(duì)云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)帶動(dòng)作用最強(qiáng)的當(dāng)屬信息傳輸、軟件業(yè)和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè);(3)云南具有一定的先天優(yōu)良條件,包括區(qū)位、資源、文化、后發(fā)性和政策等方面,利用好這些優(yōu)勢(shì),會(huì)給云南生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)提供更加有利的發(fā)展條件,從而更好地促進(jìn)云南地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、邊貿(mào)合作交流,最終使得云南具有較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)。

At present, the mainstream trend of the world economic structure is the integration of the development of the second industry and the third industry interaction, especially the integration of manufacturing industry in the second industry and the third industry in the modern service industry so that to ensure the healthy development of a region the market economic sustainability, the most important is the upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure transformation, improve the efficiency of the economy, the key point is no doubt The productive service industry. Throughout the basic situation of the global economy, the economic growth in developed countries is the most important source of productive service industry. And the production service industry the key industries of our country also gradually pay attention to, will also serve as a focal point of industrial structure adjustment, optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure Yunnan has natural resources, border areas, Yanbian core advantages, make full use of these advantages, the initiative development of producer service industry in Yunnan province to promote economic growth, promote greatly to the economic development in Yunnan region must, with more long-term economic significance. Through the analysis of other scholars on the production of the service industry in terms of academic research, combined with the actual situation of Yunnan Province in particular, the author mainly studies the influence of industry on economic growth in Yunnan. First of all, on the production of services The definition and classification of the connotation and extension of the industry must be clear, because of the clear definition of keywords or not directly affect the main body of this part of the analysis is successful, research is correct. At the same time, the relevant theories involved in this thesis are summed up, providing theoretical support for the following research, and on the basis of the the mechanism and path; secondly, the productive service industry in Yunnan unique development status quo, causes its own problems and the cause of these problems were analyzed; then, from the specific employment effect, external industry, comprehensive analysis of producer services and the various sectors within the overall economic impact and direction the size and other aspects, the deep meaning of the empirical results of in-depth analysis, the most fundamental reason; finally, aiming at the problems found in the study, with the combination of cloud The special circumstances of South practice, put forward some feasible with the development of producer service industry in Yunnan province. Through this research, we get the following conclusions: (1) the overall economy of Yunnan and the production service industry has the total obvious, the development is in the initial stage, the low level of development, the development of quality to be improve; (2) the empirical research shows that: the employment elasticity index to measure the level of ability to absorb the labor force, structure deviation degree, the productive service industry in Yunnan Province, the two aspects are negative, from the objective angle that producer services in Yunnan in terms of labor to still have great relationship; in the study of productive service industry and industrial structure in other non productive service sector, the industry has positive externalities, and the externality quantitatively; study also concluded that The economic growth of Yunnan province is the strongest driving transmission of information, software and information technology services; (3) Yunnan has inherent excellent conditions, some including location, resources, culture, backwardness and other aspects of policy, make good use of these advantages, will provide more favorable conditions for the development of the production of Yunnan the service industry, so as to better promote the economic development of Yunnan border trade, cooperation and exchanges, Yunnan has finally made good economic development basis.
