【摘要】：招商引資是當(dāng)前政府工作和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞,伴隨著改革開(kāi)放的深入發(fā)展日益受到各方面的關(guān)注和重視,特別是對(duì)像衡陽(yáng)市這樣的欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)而言,更是如此。本文以調(diào)研報(bào)告的形式就衡陽(yáng)市招商引資情況進(jìn)行了研究和探索。首先闡述了衡陽(yáng)市招商引資發(fā)展背景,回顧總結(jié)了衡陽(yáng)市招商引資萌芽起步、探索發(fā)展、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展、快速發(fā)展四個(gè)階段的發(fā)展歷程,歸納分析了衡陽(yáng)市招商引資的現(xiàn)狀。在針對(duì)招商引資職能管理部門、社會(huì)公眾和招商引資企業(yè)三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行廣泛的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)比較分析,揭示了衡陽(yáng)市招商引資帶規(guī)律性和普遍性的現(xiàn)象,提煉出了應(yīng)該繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持的正確做法和存在的不合理現(xiàn)象。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合其他方式的進(jìn)一步調(diào)查研究,指出了衡陽(yáng)市招商引資存在著理念、平臺(tái)、手段、質(zhì)量四個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題。最后,針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,提出了優(yōu)化招商引資理念、拓展招商引資平臺(tái)、創(chuàng)新招商引資手段、做實(shí)招商引資項(xiàng)目等對(duì)策建議,并對(duì)今后更長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)期招商引資工作進(jìn)行了有根據(jù)的展望。
[Abstract]:Attracting investment is a key word in the current government work and economic field. With the deepening development of reform and opening up, it has attracted more and more attention from all sides, especially in less developed areas such as Hengyang City. This paper studies and explores the situation of investment attraction in Hengyang City in the form of investigation report. Firstly, it expounds the development background of investment attraction in Hengyang City, reviews and summarizes the germination of investment attraction in Hengyang City, and explores the development of investment attraction in Hengyang City. Steady development, rapid development of the four stages of the development process, summarized and analyzed the current situation of investment in Hengyang City. On the basis of the extensive questionnaire survey on the three levels of the public and the enterprises, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the data of the survey results, and reveals the regularity and universality of the investment attraction in Hengyang City. On the basis of this, combined with the further investigation and study of other ways, the author points out that there are ideas, platforms and means to attract investment in Hengyang. Finally, aiming at these problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as optimizing the idea of attracting investment, expanding the platform of attracting investment, innovating the means of attracting investment, making the project of attracting investment, etc. And in the future for a longer period of time to attract investment work based on the outlook.
