【摘要】：研究目標(biāo):分析收入差距與社會(huì)資本及其交互作用對(duì)居民貧困的影響,并探討兩者的影響機(jī)制。研究方法:構(gòu)建Logit等計(jì)量模型,并采用三階段最小二乘法(3SLS)與工具變量法(IV Probit)進(jìn)行穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在社區(qū)層面上,收入差距導(dǎo)致了教育與財(cái)政資源在區(qū)縣間的配置不均等,阻礙了醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度的發(fā)展以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的提升,進(jìn)而提高了居民的貧困發(fā)生率;在個(gè)體層面上,收入差距降低了居民對(duì)教育資源的可及性,惡化了居民的健康水平,從而導(dǎo)致居民進(jìn)入貧困狀態(tài)。社會(huì)資本能夠降低居民發(fā)生貧困的概率,同時(shí)也能夠緩解收入差距對(duì)居民貧困的不利影響;提升就業(yè)能力與收入水平、增加教育與醫(yī)療投資、改善社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、強(qiáng)化融資能力等是社會(huì)資本緩解貧困的主要渠道與機(jī)制。研究創(chuàng)新:采用具有代表性的中國家庭追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),研究收入差距與社會(huì)資本對(duì)居民貧困的作用機(jī)制,指出社會(huì)資本是緩沖收入差距對(duì)居民貧困不利影響的重要保障。研究價(jià)值:為相關(guān)理論研究提供更多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)和路徑解釋;在實(shí)踐中,對(duì)減貧、防貧具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the impact of income gap and social capital and their interaction on the poverty of residents, and to explore the mechanism of them. The three-stage least square method (3SLS) and the tool variable method (IVProbit) are used to test the robustness. It is found that at the community level, the income gap leads to the unequal allocation of education and financial resources among districts and counties. It hinders the development of the medical insurance system and the upgrading of the industrial structure, and thus increases the incidence of poverty among the residents; at the individual level, the income gap reduces the accessibility of the residents to educational resources and worsens the health level of the residents. Social capital can reduce the probability of poverty among residents, and at the same time, it can alleviate the negative impact of income gap on residents' poverty; enhance the employability and income level; and increase investment in education and health care. Improving social and economic status and strengthening financing capacity are the main channels and mechanisms for social capital to alleviate poverty. This paper studies the mechanism of income gap and social capital on residents' poverty, and points out that social capital is an important guarantee to buffer the negative impact of income gap on residents' poverty. Research value: provide more empirical evidence and path explanation for relevant theoretical research; In practice, poverty reduction, poverty prevention has a guiding significance.
