【摘要】：本文從系統(tǒng)梳理空間分工基本理論出發(fā)，實證分析了長吉圖產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間分工演變趨勢、特點及問題，實證分析了長吉圖的空間功能分工演變趨勢、特點及問題，最后基于理論分析和實證分析的結(jié)論提出長吉圖的空間分工戰(zhàn)略。 本文的結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下：第1章“緒論”，主要是提出問題，梳理相關(guān)研究文獻，概括論文結(jié)構(gòu)，說明研究方法，總結(jié)創(chuàng)新與不足。第2章“空間分工的基本理論”，闡釋分工理論的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，著重從產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分工、空間功能分工和空間分工理論框架3方面來梳理空間分工理論，進而探討空間分工的經(jīng)濟性和促進機制，最終構(gòu)建起全文的理論支撐體系。第3章“長吉圖產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間分工”，說明區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展狀況，介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分工測量方法，呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分工測量結(jié)果，分析測量結(jié)果，最后作出本章的結(jié)論。第4章“長吉圖的空間功能分工”，揭示生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展與功能分工的關(guān)系，確定功能分工的測量方法，測量結(jié)果的呈現(xiàn)與分析，最后是本章結(jié)論。第5章“長吉圖的空間分工戰(zhàn)略”，以空間分工戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)為出發(fā)點，基于制定空間分工戰(zhàn)略的基本思路，，提出區(qū)域空間整合、產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分工、城鎮(zhèn)職能空間分工3大戰(zhàn)略舉措。 本文主要觀點如下：（1）新經(jīng)濟史學(xué)方法對分工的研究表明，一定的分工形式總與時代技術(shù)與制度相適應(yīng)的，并將隨著技術(shù)與制度的變化而改變。（2）斯密的“市場范圍決定勞動分工”和楊格“分工決定分工”論，都可以用技術(shù)、制度與分工的相互作用來解釋。（3）區(qū)位指數(shù)測量表明，長、吉兩市的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展表現(xiàn)為“強者更強，弱者更弱”的趨勢，產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分工水平有所提高。（4）功能分工指數(shù)表明，長春市、吉林市和延邊州參與區(qū)域功能分工程度日益增加，長春市日益承擔(dān)更多的生產(chǎn)服務(wù)功能，吉林市日益承擔(dān)更多的制造功能，延邊州較平衡地發(fā)展制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)，但制造功能仍然強于生產(chǎn)服務(wù)功能。（5）按照產(chǎn)業(yè)空間由“零散化”向“功能板塊”提升、城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展差異化、交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)助推分工的思路，實施區(qū)域空間整合戰(zhàn)略——重點推進長吉、延龍琿一體化，建設(shè)長春都市區(qū)和吉林都市區(qū)；實施重點產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略——建設(shè)三大重點產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)，培育八大產(chǎn)業(yè)基地；城鎮(zhèn)職能分工戰(zhàn)略——發(fā)揮長春市引領(lǐng)作用、科學(xué)定位區(qū)域其他主要城鎮(zhèn)的職能。

The fourth chapter" space function division "Changjitu, revealing the relationship between the development and the function of Producer Services Division, determine the function division The methods of measurement, presentation and analysis of the measurement results, the last is the conclusion of this chapter. The main points of this paper are as follows: (1) research on the division of the new economic history method show that some form of division of labor and time always adapt to technology and system, and with the change of technology and institution change. (3) location index measurements show that the long industrial development performance of Ji two city as "the strong stronger and weaker trend, industrial spatial division level has increased. (4) the function division index shows that Changchun City, Jilin city and the state of Yanbian to participate in regional function division degree increasing, Changchun increasingly take more production services, Jilin city has more functions, Yanbian more balanced development of manufacturing and production services, but still strong in manufacturing function Production services. (5) according to the industrial space upgraded from "fragmented" to "functional plate", urban development difference, traffic network to boost the idea of the division, the implementation of regional spatial integration strategy: focus on promoting the Changji Hui, Yan Long integration, construction Changchun metropolitan area and Jilin metropolitan area; implementation of construction of three key industries the strategy of key industrial zone, cultivate eight industrial base; urban functions play a leading role in Changchun strategy, regional scientific orientation of other major towns functions.
