【摘要】：為探討新的科技創(chuàng)新綜合評價方法,文章將社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析(SNA)方法中心性的概念引入到多屬性評價方法中,構(gòu)建了基本的評價模型。采用該模型對全國31個省份的科技創(chuàng)新情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)證,實(shí)證表明該模型繞過專家群對指標(biāo)屬性賦權(quán)和打分,直接根據(jù)指標(biāo)屬性值的大小確定排序先后,該方法不用對評價元素數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,可以直接通過矩陣運(yùn)算來達(dá)到評價目的。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the new comprehensive evaluation method of science and technology innovation, this paper introduces the concept of the centrality of social network analysis method into the multi-attribute evaluation method. This paper constructs a basic evaluation model, which is used to test the scientific and technological innovation situation of 31 provinces in China. The empirical results show that the model bypasses the expert group to empower and score the index attributes. The ranking order is determined directly according to the value of the index attribute. This method does not need to deal with the data of the evaluation elements, and can be evaluated directly by matrix operation.
