【摘要】：國家間資源關系主要受到兩個因素的影響:國家間政治關系以及資源利益。國家間政治關系決定了相關國家在資源關系中追求權力的強烈程度。國家間資源關系也有技術方面的運行機制:相關國家資源利用的科技水平越高,資源增值能力就越強,國家間的資源合作就越容易形成。國際政治關系的影響力通常勝過技術因素的影響力。中美關系錯綜復雜,資源關系是兩國間的重要關系之一。中美資源關系的前景具有不確定性。中美兩國間競爭性的政治關系容易挑起兩國間的資源沖突,兩國資源增值力的提高有助于緩和它們間的資源沖突。中美資源關系的性質和走向主要由美國決定。
[Abstract]:The relationship of resources between countries is mainly influenced by two factors: the political relations among countries and the interests of resources. The political relations among countries determine the intensity of the countries' pursuit of power in the relationship of resources. There are also technical operational mechanisms: the higher the level of science and technology used by the countries concerned, The stronger the ability to increase productivity, the easier it will be for resource cooperation between countries to form. The influence of international political relations is usually greater than that of technological factors. The resource relationship is one of the important relations between the two countries. The prospect of the resources relationship between China and the United States is uncertain. The competitive political relationship between China and the United States is apt to provoke a conflict of resources between the two countries. The increase in the productivity of the two countries will help ease the conflict between the two countries. The nature and direction of the Sino-US resource relationship are mainly determined by the United States.
