【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái)，經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)踐和探索，產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的作用越來(lái)越明顯，極大地促進(jìn)了貴州省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。但是目前貴州產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)都還處于初級(jí)發(fā)展階段，表面看來(lái)還存在技術(shù)、資金、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等問題，從更深層次來(lái)探尋則是還未能夠形成合理、有效的促進(jìn)機(jī)制。因此，本文以馬克思主義哲學(xué)觀念為依托，結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)哲學(xué)的研究方法，采用比較分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的形式，從產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相互協(xié)調(diào)的角度出發(fā)，對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚視角下產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行深入的研究，得出貴州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展必須加強(qiáng)機(jī)制運(yùn)行的保障，堅(jiān)持國(guó)家宏觀、地區(qū)中觀和產(chǎn)業(yè)園微觀三方協(xié)作的道路的結(jié)論。為貴州區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的又好又快發(fā)展指明方向，為西南地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的構(gòu)建提供一條新的道路。 在創(chuàng)新層面上，，本篇論文相對(duì)于同類型的其他論文相比較，更具有區(qū)域針對(duì)性，專門研究貴州地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展問題。站在貴州地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展的角度思考整個(gè)西南地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展，并為西南地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論提供基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)然，由于時(shí)間的倉(cāng)促及本人能力的有限，論文還存在許多的不足，例如：資料收集具有局限性；文章的一些理論觀點(diǎn)不夠準(zhǔn)確，一些措辭需要仔細(xì)審查；內(nèi)在邏輯型有待于進(jìn)一步嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)思索等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, after a long period of practice and exploration, the role of industrial parks in promoting regional economic and social development has become more and more obvious. It has greatly promoted the rapid development of the regional economy in Guizhou Province. But at present, the construction of industrial clusters and industrial parks in Guizhou is still in the primary stage of development. On the surface, there are still problems such as technology, capital, and irrational industrial structure. It is impossible to form a reasonable and effective promotion mechanism from a deeper level. Therefore, this paper, based on Marxist philosophy and the research method of economic philosophy, adopts the form of comparative analysis and empirical analysis. From the angle of coordination between industrial parks and regional economic development, this paper makes an in-depth study on the development of industrial parks from the perspective of industrial agglomeration, and concludes that the development of industrial parks in Guizhou must strengthen the guarantee of mechanism operation and adhere to the national macro view. The conclusion of the tripartite cooperation between the regional meso and the industrial park points out the direction for the good and rapid development of the regional economy in Guizhou and provides a new way for the construction of the industrial park in the southwest of China. At the innovation level, compared with other papers of the same type, this paper has regional pertinence. Specifically studying the development of industrial parks in Guizhou. Thinking about the development of industrial parks in southwest China from the point of view of the development of industrial parks in Guizhou, and providing a basis for the theory of economic development in southwest China. Of course, Due to the short time and limited ability, there are still many shortcomings in the paper, such as the limitation of data collection, the inaccuracy of some theoretical viewpoints and the need for careful examination of some wording. The inner logic needs to be further considered.
