【摘要】：從黨中央1978年提出改革開放政策以來，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)過連續(xù)35年的高速發(fā)展，于2010年超越日本成為僅次于美國的第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，其不合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)問題日益凸顯。在此背景下，中國政府當(dāng)局認(rèn)為應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)變本國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)本國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。 第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后，國際直接投資獲得了迅猛發(fā)展。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、貿(mào)易自由化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，以及信息、通訊等高新技術(shù)的發(fā)展所帶來的交易成本的降低，越來越多的企業(yè)將打破地域的限制，在全球配置資源以實(shí)現(xiàn)資源更為優(yōu)化的配置。因此，國際直接投資在可預(yù)見的未來將繼續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。 本文將中國企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資行為同中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)相結(jié)合，，通過分析中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)目前的狀況，尋找隱藏在中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中的不合理之處。然后闡述企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資行為與母國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)間的關(guān)系，并從總體規(guī)模、區(qū)域、行業(yè)、主體和方式五個(gè)角度來分析中國企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資行為在目前的狀況。最后立足于中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)，從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)層面提出針對(duì)中國企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資行為的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Since the CPC Central Committee put forward the policy of reform and opening to the outside world in 1978, after 35 years of rapid economic development, China overtook Japan as the second largest economy after the United States in 2010. With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, In this context, the Chinese government authorities believe that the mode of economic development should be changed to realize the optimization and upgrading of the domestic industrial structure. After the second World War, international direct investment developed rapidly. With the economic globalization, the further development of trade liberalization, and the development of information, communication and other high and new technology, the transaction cost has been reduced. More and more companies will break the geographical limit and allocate resources globally to achieve a more optimal allocation of resources. As a result, international direct investment will continue to grow in the foreseeable future. This paper combines the foreign direct investment behavior of Chinese enterprises with the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure, and analyzes the current situation of China's industrial structure. Looking for the unreasonableness hidden in China's industrial structure. Then expound the relationship between enterprises' outward direct investment behavior and the optimization and upgrading of the home country's industrial structure, and from the overall scale, region, industry, This paper analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment behavior of Chinese enterprises from five angles: main body and mode. Finally, it is based on the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure. This paper puts forward some suggestions on FDI behavior of Chinese enterprises at macro and micro level.
