【摘要】：國際競爭力研究始于20世紀(jì)70年代末80年代初,作為一個新的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,發(fā)展快速。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和一體化,世界各國之間的關(guān)系也愈來愈緊密,如何提高國家競爭力,也成為各政府、企業(yè)密切關(guān)注的問題。國際競爭力是以實(shí)現(xiàn)一國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長和發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的,決定一國企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)造更多財富的一系列制度、要素、環(huán)境的集合。邁克·波特首次提出國際競爭優(yōu)勢理論,并用“鉆石模型”形象地表述了競爭力決定要素的相互作用理論關(guān)系。目前,全球最著名的兩個競爭力研究機(jī)構(gòu)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇(WEF)和瑞士洛桑管理學(xué)院(IMD),其已各自形成了較成熟的競爭力決定理論和綜合指標(biāo)體系評價方法。而IMD和WEF兩種理論框架均是采用線性研究方法,并沒有考慮到變量間復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系,經(jīng)濟(jì)變量間的關(guān)系本身就是復(fù)雜的,用簡單的線性關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析研究本身就存在不合理性。本文在討論IMD和WEF評價指標(biāo)信息線性合成方法的局限性基礎(chǔ)上,沿用邁克波特的“鉆石結(jié)構(gòu)”競爭力決定思想,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法,采用IMD1997-2011年59個經(jīng)濟(jì)體競爭力要素的面板數(shù)據(jù),嘗試探究IMD競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系的鉆石結(jié)構(gòu),考察各競爭力要素之間的決定機(jī)制以及直接和間接影響路徑與效應(yīng)；并通過經(jīng)濟(jì)體的分組研究,識別競爭要素在不同經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段下的貢獻(xiàn)特征,其為我國競爭力優(yōu)劣的判斷和提升路徑的選擇提供依據(jù)。經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示企業(yè)效率和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是提升我國競爭力的核心因素,金融服務(wù)和管理水平是提升企業(yè)效率的重要動力,以及我國的環(huán)境與教育情況是制約經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素。
[Abstract]:The study of international competitiveness began from the end of 1970s to the beginning of 80s, as a new field of economic research, rapid development. With the economic globalization and integration. The relationship between countries in the world is becoming more and more close. How to improve the national competitiveness has also become a problem that governments and enterprises pay close attention to. International competitiveness is to achieve a country's sustained economic growth and development as the goal. A collection of institutions, elements, and environments that determine a nation's firms and industries to create more wealth. Michael Porter, for the first time, put forward the theory of international competitive advantage. And "Diamond Model" is used to describe the theoretical relationship of interaction between the determinants of competitiveness. The World Economic Forum (WEFF) and the Lobsang School of Management (IMD), two of the world's most famous competitiveness research institutions. It has formed a mature competitiveness decision theory and comprehensive index system evaluation methods, while the IMD and WEF theoretical framework are both linear research methods. It does not take into account the complex network relationship between variables, and the relationship between economic variables is complex. This paper discusses the limitation of linear synthesis method of IMD and WEF evaluation index information. According to McBott's "Diamond structure" competitiveness decision idea, using structural equation model method, the panel data of 59 economic competitiveness factors in IMD1997-2011 year are used. Try to explore the diamond structure of IMD competitiveness evaluation index system, investigate the decision mechanism among the factors of competitiveness, direct and indirect influence path and effect; The contribution of competitive factors in different stages of economic development is identified through economic grouping research. The empirical results show that the efficiency and infrastructure of enterprises are the core factors to enhance the competitiveness of our country. The level of financial service and management is an important driving force to improve the efficiency of enterprises, and the environment and education situation of our country are the important factors restricting the economic development.
