【摘要】：村鎮(zhèn)銀行是在農(nóng)村地區(qū)設(shè)立的主要為當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民、農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供金融服務(wù)的銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)。村鎮(zhèn)銀行作為金融主體，加入到農(nóng)村金融市場中，有利于完善農(nóng)村金融體系，解決農(nóng)村金融供給不足以及覆蓋率低等問題。目前，村鎮(zhèn)銀行發(fā)展還還處于起步探索階段，對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響還未能顯示出明顯的作用，尤其是經(jīng)濟(jì)相對落后的民族地區(qū)，村鎮(zhèn)銀行對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推動作用以及作用大小都尚待通過計(jì)量的方法進(jìn)行研究。 湘西長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行是全國首家地市級村鎮(zhèn)銀行，在支持“三農(nóng)”發(fā)展，解決小微企業(yè)融資難等方面發(fā)揮了積極作用。本文選取服務(wù)湘西土家族苗族自治州的長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行為范例，通過實(shí)證分析探討村鎮(zhèn)銀行對湘西州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。本研究不僅豐富了村鎮(zhèn)銀行與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系研究，同時，，對擴(kuò)大村鎮(zhèn)銀行影響力有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文的主要內(nèi)容包括五個部分；第一部分對國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概述和評論。第二部分列舉了村鎮(zhèn)銀行與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的相關(guān)理論與作用機(jī)理。第三部分在剖析長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，分析在支持湘西州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行存在的問題。第四部分對長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行對湘西州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行定量分析，得出：長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行金融發(fā)展是湘西州經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的Granger原因，長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行金融發(fā)展對其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長有一定的促進(jìn)作用；長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行金融發(fā)展規(guī)模、金融結(jié)構(gòu)、金融效率與湘西州經(jīng)濟(jì)增長呈正相關(guān)，但是長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行對湘西州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展支持力度較弱。并分析了長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行對湘西州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展支持力度較弱的原因。第五部分?jǐn)U大長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力的對策與建議。本研究雖得到些結(jié)論，但是長行村鎮(zhèn)銀行成立時間較短，對其后續(xù)研究顯得十分必要。
[Abstract]:Village bank is a banking financial institution established in rural areas which mainly provides financial services for local farmers, agriculture and rural economic development. As a financial subject, village banks join the rural financial market. It is beneficial to improve the rural financial system and solve the problems of insufficient rural financial supply and low coverage. At present, the development of village banks is still in the initial stage of exploration. The impact on the rural economy has not yet shown a clear role, especially in the relatively backward ethnic areas. The role of village banks in promoting economic development has yet to be studied by metrological methods. Xiangxi Changhang Village Bank is the first prefecture-level village bank in the country, which is supporting the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". This paper takes Changhang Village and Town Bank of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as an example. This study not only enriches the relationship between village banks and economic growth, but also enriches the research on the relationship between village banks and economic growth. To expand the influence of village banks has very important practical significance. The main content of this paper includes five parts; The second part lists the theory and mechanism of village bank and regional economic growth. The third part analyzes the development of Changhang village bank. On the basis. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of supporting the economic development of Xiangxi. Part 4th quantitatively analyzes the impact of Changhang Village Bank on the economic development of Xiangxi. It is concluded that the financial development of Changhang Village Bank is the Granger cause of Xiangxi's economic growth, and the financial development of Changhang Village Bank has a certain role in promoting its economic growth. The scale of financial development, financial structure and financial efficiency of Changhang Village Bank are positively correlated with the economic growth of Xiangxi. But Changhang Village Bank has weak support for the economic development of Xiangxi, and analyzes the reasons for the weak support of Changhang Village Bank to the economic development of Xiangxi. 5th part of the expansion of Changhang Village Bank's economic influence. Although some conclusions have been drawn in this study. But the establishment time of Changhang Village Bank is short, so it is very necessary to study on it.
