【摘要】：當(dāng)前,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)越發(fā)明顯,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)一步深入發(fā)展,作為社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的老撾,正在進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型,從一個(gè)計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、從一個(gè)閉關(guān)封鎖的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)轉(zhuǎn)向改革開放的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢(shì)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型期,可能會(huì)面臨很多挑戰(zhàn),很多困難,比如:資金缺乏、體制僵化、效率低下等,因而出現(xiàn)很長(zhǎng)一段陣痛期。與周邊國(guó)家相比,老撾在外商資金引進(jìn)方面,無(wú)論是引進(jìn)規(guī)模,外資引進(jìn)力度,還是外資質(zhì)量,都有著很大的差距,與世界上其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家相比,也都存在著較大的差距,這是當(dāng)下老撾面臨的一個(gè)急需解決的主要問題。此外,老撾國(guó)內(nèi)引進(jìn)的外商資金都存在利用效率低下的問題,因而,政府需要普遍提高外商投資的利用率,需進(jìn)一步提升對(duì)吸引外資的重視度。通過(guò)前文的背景和綜述研究,在借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用實(shí)證方法分析老撾外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系。首先收集1995-2015年之間的老撾外商直接投資和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),然后運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列方法對(duì)兩組變量進(jìn)行協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)分析,并建立誤差修正模型;其次,運(yùn)用Eviews軟件對(duì)本文構(gòu)建的模型進(jìn)行分析;再者,根據(jù)模型分析的結(jié)果,分析老撾外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,得出結(jié)論:老撾外商直接投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)有著明顯的促進(jìn)作用。最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上得出了本文的結(jié)論:當(dāng)前老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿?lái)源于外商直接投資,為此,政府應(yīng)該積極地制定各種措施,完善吸引外資引進(jìn)的戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃,加大外資引進(jìn)力度,積極地融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)。文章最后運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,對(duì)當(dāng)前老撾在引進(jìn)外商直接投資時(shí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析。總結(jié)出當(dāng)前老撾引進(jìn)外資的優(yōu)勢(shì)和機(jī)會(huì),但同時(shí)也面臨著巨大的威脅與挑戰(zhàn)。綜合比較優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn),當(dāng)前老撾在外商直接投資引進(jìn)方面,優(yōu)勢(shì)多于劣勢(shì),機(jī)會(huì)要多于挑戰(zhàn)。通過(guò)前文模型分析得出的結(jié)論:外商直接投資對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有著積極的促進(jìn)作用,因而,本研究為政府在引進(jìn)外商直接投資時(shí)做出的決策提供理論指導(dǎo)意義,需要政府積極地運(yùn)用優(yōu)勢(shì),抓緊發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也對(duì)政府提出挑戰(zhàn),必須要將劣勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為優(yōu)勢(shì),這有這樣,才能真正的在引進(jìn)外資的同時(shí),能夠促進(jìn)老撾國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速、健康、持續(xù)的發(fā)展,提高老撾國(guó)內(nèi)人民的生活水平。
[Abstract]:At present, with the trend of economic globalization becoming more and more obvious, regional economic integration is further developed. As a socialist country, Laos is undergoing market transformation from a planned economy to a market economy. In the transition period of economic development, there may be many challenges and difficulties, such as lack of funds and rigid system. Compared with the neighboring countries, Laos has a big gap in foreign capital introduction, whether it is the scale of the introduction, the intensity of foreign investment, or the quality of foreign investment. Compared with other developing countries in the world, there is also a big gap, which is a major problem facing Laos. The domestic introduction of foreign funds in Laos has the problem of inefficient use, therefore, the government needs to generally improve the utilization rate of foreign investment. Need to further enhance the importance of attracting foreign investment. Through the previous background and summary research, on the basis of previous studies. The empirical method is used to analyze the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth in Laos. Firstly, the relevant data of Lao foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth from 1995 to 2015 are collected. Then the time series method is used to analyze the two groups of variables by cointegration test, and the error correction model is established. Secondly, the Eviews software is used to analyze the model constructed in this paper. Furthermore, according to the results of the model analysis, this paper analyzes the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic development in Laos, and draws a conclusion: Lao foreign direct investment has a significant role in promoting the economy. Finally. On this basis, this paper draws the conclusion: the main driving force of the economic development of Laos comes from foreign direct investment. Therefore, the government should actively formulate various measures to improve the strategic plan to attract foreign capital. In the end, the paper applies SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of foreign direct investment in Laos. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges, and summarizes the advantages and opportunities of introducing foreign capital in Laos, but at the same time, it is faced with enormous threats and challenges, comprehensive comparative advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges. At present, Laos has more advantages than disadvantages, more opportunities than challenges in the introduction of foreign direct investment. Through the analysis of the previous model, the conclusion is: foreign direct investment has a positive role in promoting domestic economic growth. Therefore, this study provides theoretical guidance for the government to make decisions in the introduction of foreign direct investment. It needs the government to make active use of its advantages, seize the opportunities for development, but also put forward challenges to the government. It is necessary to turn the inferiority into the advantage, so as to promote the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of the Lao domestic economy and improve the living standards of the Lao people while introducing foreign capital.
