【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力是指產(chǎn)業(yè)承接方在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中所具有的吸引力、選擇力、支撐力和發(fā)展力,它是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)承接某個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)所擁有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的綜合體現(xiàn)。產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力的高低決定了一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)能否有效利用產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移擴(kuò)大經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模和帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)。研究產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力對(duì)承接方來(lái)說(shuō)至關(guān)重要。 近年來(lái),隨著各種有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移政策的出臺(tái),特別是2010年初,建設(shè)皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)成為國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,安徽承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移勢(shì)頭加快。但是,安徽在承接產(chǎn)業(yè)過(guò)程中還存在一些問(wèn)題,主要表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力不強(qiáng)。產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力是承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)鍵,如果不能科學(xué)把握其內(nèi)涵并提高之,安徽則不能有效利用產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移來(lái)發(fā)展自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)。本文對(duì)安徽各地市產(chǎn)業(yè)承接力的研究,為安徽各地市有效承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,發(fā)展地方經(jīng)濟(jì)有重要的參考價(jià)值。 本文首先介紹了研究背景和意義。接著分析了安徽經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)安徽承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。再接著對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定,在總結(jié)前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合安徽實(shí)際情況,構(gòu)建了4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、9個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和32個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)體系。然后運(yùn)用主成分分析法,對(duì)安徽各地市的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力所包含的吸引力、鑒別力、支撐力、發(fā)展力4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行定量分析,得出產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力和4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)在2007-2011年間的動(dòng)態(tài)變化圖。最后,在全面評(píng)價(jià)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合安徽各地市的發(fā)展情況,提出提升安徽產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接力整體提升的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The industrial transfer undertaking force refers to the attraction, selection, support and development of the industrial undertaking party in the process of industrial transfer. It is the comprehensive embodiment of measuring the competitive advantage of a country or region to undertake a certain industry. The level of industrial transfer undertaking power determines whether a country or region can effectively use industrial transfer to expand economic scale and drive. Industrial upgrading. The study of industrial transfer to undertake power is very important to the recipient. In recent years, with the introduction of a variety of related industrial transfer policies, especially in early 2010, the construction of Wanjiang City Zone to undertake industrial transfer demonstration area has become a national development strategy. Anhui to undertake industry transfer momentum accelerated. However, there are still some problems in the process of undertaking industry in Anhui, the main performance is that the industrial transfer undertaking capacity is not strong, industrial transfer undertaking power is the key to undertake industrial transfer. If it can not grasp its connotation and improve, Anhui can not effectively use industrial transfer to develop its own economy. The development of local economy has important reference value. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research. Then it analyzes the current situation of Anhui economic development and undertaking industrial transfer. And the relationship between industrial transfer and economic development in Anhui is analyzed empirically. Then, the connotation of undertaking power of industrial transfer is defined. On the basis of summarizing the previous studies, combined with the actual situation of Anhui. The evaluation system of 4 primary indexes, 9 secondary indicators and 32 third-level indexes was constructed, and then principal component analysis was used. The paper makes quantitative analysis of the attraction, discrimination, support and development of the industrial transfer capacity and the industrial transfer undertaking power of each city in Anhui Province. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation, combined with the development of each city in Anhui. Put forward the policy recommendations to enhance the overall capacity of industrial transfer in Anhui.
