【摘要】：智慧城市是在IBM提出"智慧地球"的概念后迅速發(fā)展起來的,智慧城市的提出就是為了在金融危機(jī)之后尋找到新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)和新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式,目前,很多國家把智慧城市當(dāng)作一種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文介紹了一些國家和地區(qū)智慧城市與現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并從智慧城市中的科技創(chuàng)新元素帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、智慧城市中的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和智慧城市可以改變城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形式三個(gè)方面分析了智慧城市在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用。
[Abstract]:The wisdom city developed rapidly after IBM put forward the concept of "intelligent earth". The wisdom city was put forward in order to find new economic growth point and new economic growth mode after the financial crisis, at present. Many countries regard intelligent city as a kind of development strategy. This paper introduces the present situation of some countries and regions on the development of intelligent city and modern economy, and the economic development brought about by the element of scientific and technological innovation in intelligent city. This paper analyzes the role of intelligent city in modern economic development from three aspects: the economic development brought by the new industry in the intelligent city and the change of the economic development form of the city.
