【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在當今全球經(jīng)濟中的地位越來越重要。我國產(chǎn)業(yè)集群雖然眾多，但大部分產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的創(chuàng)新能力不足，集群競爭力也不夠突出。提高集群創(chuàng)新能力從而提高集群競爭力已經(jīng)是業(yè)界的共識。因此，有必要分析集群創(chuàng)新能力的本質(zhì)。 關于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力的分析研究有許多，并且都基于一定的理論基礎對集群創(chuàng)新能力進行了評價研究。然而大多研究都將評價重點放在創(chuàng)新資源的投入上，對于集群合作創(chuàng)新的探討并不多。本論文認為，集群創(chuàng)新的關鍵是集群合作創(chuàng)新。因此，對集群創(chuàng)新能力評價的研究重點考慮集群合作創(chuàng)新方面。 鑒于此，本論文在理論分析中，首先分析了知識網(wǎng)絡的構成要素（行為主體、活動、資源）對集群創(chuàng)新的作用。通過對集群知識網(wǎng)絡的分析，，得出集群合作創(chuàng)新的重要性。在此基礎上，應用博弈論的方法驗證集群主體合作創(chuàng)新的最優(yōu)解。最后分析集群主體通過集體學習來提高集群創(chuàng)新能力的機制。在理論分析的基礎上，構建基于知識網(wǎng)絡的集群創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系并對鐵西區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力進行評價研究。
[Abstract]:Industrial clusters are becoming more and more important in the global economy. Although there are many industrial clusters in China, most industrial clusters lack the ability to innovate. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the essence of cluster innovation ability. There are a lot of research on the innovation ability of industrial clusters, and based on a certain theoretical basis to evaluate the innovation ability of industrial clusters. However, most of the research focus on the investment of innovation resources. In this paper, the key of cluster innovation is cluster cooperative innovation. Therefore, the evaluation of cluster innovation ability focuses on cluster cooperative innovation. In view of this, in the theoretical analysis, this paper first analyzes the role of the elements (behavior, activity, resources) of knowledge network on cluster innovation, through the analysis of cluster knowledge network. The importance of cluster cooperative innovation is obtained. On this basis. Applying game theory to verify the optimal solution of cluster agent cooperative innovation. Finally, the mechanism of cluster agent to improve cluster innovation ability through collective learning is analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of cluster innovation ability based on knowledge network and evaluates the innovation ability of Tiexi equipment manufacturing industry cluster.
