【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制逐步改革,傳統(tǒng)計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的分配制度被打破,不同行業(yè)職工的收入差距開始逐步擴(kuò)大已經(jīng)引起了社會各界的關(guān)注,成為理論界研究的熱點(diǎn)問題之一。本文主要針對我國行業(yè)收入差距不斷擴(kuò)大的現(xiàn)象,系統(tǒng)的分析了具體的影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)的探究技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對行業(yè)收入變動的作用機(jī)制。這其中包括以下幾個層面。 首先是行業(yè)收入的現(xiàn)狀分析:根據(jù)《中國統(tǒng)計年鑒》中提供的我國2003-2011年各行業(yè)職工的平均工資顯示,目前我國的行業(yè)之間平均工資水平存在著很大的差異,同時,不同行業(yè)的工資增長水平也呈現(xiàn)明顯差別,行業(yè)間工資差距不斷擴(kuò)大。其次對行業(yè)收入差距產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行了理論分析,本文基于前人的研究成果分析得出,行業(yè)收入的變動并不是單一因素的作用結(jié)果,除了受到較多關(guān)注的人力資本存量、行業(yè)壟斷程度因素之外,行業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平也對收入的變動產(chǎn)生很大程度的影響。因此,在理論分析的支持下,本文對影響行業(yè)收入變動的各個因素進(jìn)行了量化,利用我國2004年至2011年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),從實(shí)證角度分析了行業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平、人力資本存量及壟斷程度與行業(yè)收入變動之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,再利用動態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,對這種相關(guān)關(guān)系的顯著性進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。實(shí)證研究表明,行業(yè)收入的變動與行業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平、行業(yè)人力資本存量和行業(yè)壟斷程度存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,而在所有要素中,人力資本水平在影響行業(yè)收入變動的各因素中的作用程度最大,幾乎所有行業(yè)收入的變動都與人力資本存量顯著正相關(guān);行業(yè)壟斷水平也產(chǎn)生了重要的影響;同時,技術(shù)偏向性效應(yīng)在我國是明顯存在的,尤其是在新興科技行業(yè),或者是處在科技前沿、對新興科技有所研究的行業(yè),技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平越高,其從業(yè)人員的工資水平越高。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平、人力資本存量和壟斷程度的差異加劇了原本存在的行業(yè)收入差距。 最后筆者在前文的研究基礎(chǔ)上建議,應(yīng)增加創(chuàng)新資本、創(chuàng)新人才的投入,提高行業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平;積極推行壟斷行業(yè)的制度改革,規(guī)范行業(yè)競爭制度,降低壟斷水平;加大人力資本投資,發(fā)展教育、增加培訓(xùn),提升各行業(yè)從業(yè)人員人力資本水平,以縮小我國行業(yè)間收入差距,促進(jìn)社會和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic system has been gradually reformed, the traditional distribution system under the conditions of planned economy has been broken, the income gap between workers in different industries began to expand gradually has attracted attention from all walks of life. It has become one of the hot issues in the theoretical circle. This paper mainly aims at the phenomenon of the widening income gap in China, and systematically analyzes the specific influencing factors. On the basis of this, it explores the mechanism of technology innovation on the change of industry income in detail, which includes the following aspects. First is the industry income analysis: according to the "Statistical Yearbook of China" provided in China 2003-2011, the average wages of workers in various industries show. At present, there are great differences in the average wage level among industries in our country, and at the same time, the wage growth level of different industries also presents obvious differences. Secondly, the paper analyzes the causes of the industry income gap. Based on the previous research results, this paper concludes that the change of industry income is not the result of a single factor. Besides the stock of human capital and the degree of monopoly of the industry, the level of technological innovation in the industry also has a great impact on the change of income. Therefore, with the support of theoretical analysis. This paper quantifies the factors that affect the change of industry income and analyzes the level of industry technological innovation from the perspective of empirical analysis by using the relevant data from 2004 to 2011 in China. The correlation between the stock of human capital and the degree of monopoly and the change of industry income, and then using the dynamic panel data model to test the significance of this correlation. The empirical research shows that. There is a significant positive correlation between the change of industry income and the level of technological innovation, the stock of industry human capital and the degree of industry monopoly, but in all the elements. The level of human capital plays the most important role in the factors affecting the change of industry income, and almost all the changes of industry income are positively related to the stock of human capital. The monopoly level of the industry also has an important impact; At the same time, the technology bias effect is obvious in China, especially in the emerging technology industry, or in the forefront of science and technology industries, the higher the level of technological innovation. The higher the wage level of its employees, the greater the difference of technological innovation level, human capital stock and monopoly degree, which exacerbates the existing industry income gap. Finally, on the basis of the previous research, the author suggests that the investment of innovation capital and talents should be increased, and the level of technical innovation of the industry should be improved. Actively carry out the system reform of monopoly industry, standardize the competition system of the industry, and reduce the monopoly level; Increase investment in human capital, develop education, increase training, improve the level of human capital of employees in various industries, in order to narrow the income gap between industries in China, and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
