【摘要】：一直以來(lái),中國(guó)與巴基斯坦間都有很強(qiáng)的地理優(yōu)勢(shì)和深厚友誼。在中巴兩國(guó)戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系不斷加強(qiáng)的情況下,中巴貿(mào)易也在不斷發(fā)展。2007年7月1日中巴簽署了自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定,這對(duì)中巴貿(mào)易發(fā)展有著更大的促動(dòng)作用。2013年,"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略正式提出,它無(wú)疑會(huì)給中巴貿(mào)易發(fā)展帶來(lái)新契機(jī)。在這個(gè)大背景下研究中巴貿(mào)易,對(duì)其發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。本文首先介紹"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況。其次,對(duì)中巴貿(mào)易發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)行回顧,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)21世紀(jì)以來(lái)中巴貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,本文是從中巴的貿(mào)易規(guī)模、商品貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)等貿(mào)易發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。再次,利用指數(shù)對(duì)中巴商品貿(mào)易的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)中國(guó)與巴基斯坦商品貿(mào)易的互補(bǔ)性進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:從整體上看,中巴貿(mào)易的互補(bǔ)性很強(qiáng),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性相對(duì)較弱。在中巴貿(mào)易中,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較強(qiáng)的商品有:紡織原料及制品、食品飲料及煙酒、植物產(chǎn)品、皮革制品和賤金屬及制品等。其中,中國(guó)與巴基斯坦在植物產(chǎn)品、食品飲料及煙酒上競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性表現(xiàn)的并不強(qiáng)。而貴金屬在中巴貿(mào)易中的占比又很低。因此,中巴貿(mào)易的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性較弱。根據(jù)對(duì)中巴貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀的分析,文中分析了中巴貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題。最后,針對(duì)中巴貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題在"一帶一路"背景下提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:China and Pakistan have always enjoyed strong geographical advantages and deep friendship. In July 1st 2007, China and Pakistan signed a free trade agreement, which played a greater role in promoting the development of Sino-Brazilian trade. In 2013, the "Belt and Road" strategy was formally put forward. It will undoubtedly bring a new opportunity to the development of Sino-Brazilian trade. Under this background, it is of great significance to study the Sino-Brazilian trade. This paper first introduces the "Belt and Road" strategy and the progress of the project. Secondly, this paper introduces the progress of the "Belt and Road" strategy. On the basis of reviewing the history of Sino-Pakistani trade development, this paper studies the current situation of Sino-Brazilian trade development since 21th century. This paper is based on the scale of Sino-Brazilian trade. The structure of commodity trade and other trade findings are analyzed. Thirdly, the index is used to analyze the competitiveness of commodity trade between China and Brazil. The results show that the complementarity between China and Pakistan is very strong and the competition is relatively weak. Competitive products include: textile raw materials and products, food, beverage, tobacco and wine, plant products, leather products and base metals and products, among them, China and Pakistan in plant products. The competitiveness of food, beverage, tobacco and wine is not strong, and the proportion of precious metals in Sino-Brazilian trade is very low. Therefore, the competitiveness of Sino-Brazilian trade is weak. According to the analysis of the current situation of China-Brazil trade. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of Sino-Brazilian trade. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the context of "Belt and Road" for the problems existing in the development of Sino-Brazilian trade.
