【摘要】：在環(huán)境惡化、生態(tài)破壞和資源短缺等問題的大背景下，發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在，在生態(tài)文明視角下探討循環(huán)發(fā)展模式及戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)思具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。本文以長沙市銅官基地為研究對象，嘗試從生態(tài)文明視角下探討基地發(fā)展存在的問題，并為基地的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出具體的戰(zhàn)略方針。 本文結(jié)合生態(tài)文明的要求，通過分析基地建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題，，對基地發(fā)展的內(nèi)外條件進(jìn)行評估，并進(jìn)行SWOT戰(zhàn)略選擇，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析基地的定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)和重點(diǎn)任務(wù)，最后提出基地可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體實(shí)施措施。本研究結(jié)合實(shí)際為基地循環(huán)發(fā)展模式提出了具體的思路，在某種程度上，為基地建設(shè)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)，指明了方向，具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the background of environmental degradation, ecological damage and shortage of resources, the development of circular economy is the key to achieving sustainable development, in the perspective of ecological civilization study has important practical significance and strategic conception of circular development model. In this paper Changsha Tongguan city base as the research object, attempts to explore the existing problems in the development of the base from the perspective of ecological civilization, and put forward specific strategic approach for the sustainable development of the base.
According to the requirements of ecological civilization, through the analysis of current situation and existing problems in the construction of the base, the base for the development of internal and external conditions are evaluated, and SWOT analysis of strategic choice, the positioning of the base on the basis of this, the goal and task of the development, and finally puts forward concrete measures to implement the strategy of sustainable development of the base. This study proposes specific ideas for the base of circular development mode, to a certain extent, laid the theoretical foundation for the construction of the base, pointed out the direction, which is of great significance.
