【摘要】：以美國長時間貿(mào)易逆差為主要標志的全球經(jīng)濟失衡是長期的、結(jié)構(gòu)性的現(xiàn)象,這一現(xiàn)象與美元在國際貿(mào)易和國際金融中的絕對統(tǒng)治地位密切相關。本文構(gòu)建的模型表明,美元本位通過不平等貿(mào)易在導致了結(jié)構(gòu)性全球經(jīng)濟失衡的同時,也導致了全球福利的不平等分配,以美元為核心的當今國際貨幣體系有利于美國居民福利,卻有損于他國居民福利。人民幣匯率因素不是全球經(jīng)濟失衡的主因。人民幣國際化既有利于緩解全球經(jīng)濟失衡,也有利于增進中國居民的福利。同時,人民幣國際化應該是一項長期戰(zhàn)略,而不應該急于求成,在當前美元進入加息周期的特殊時期,人民幣國際化應該穩(wěn)步推進且需防范對外金融風險。
[Abstract]:The global economic imbalance , which is mainly marked by the long - term trade deficit of the United States , is a long - term and structural phenomenon , which is closely related to the absolute dominant position of the United States dollar in international trade and international finance . The model established in this paper shows that the current international monetary system , which is the core of the United States dollar , is beneficial to the welfare of the residents of the United States . The RMB exchange rate factor is not the main factor of global economic imbalance . The internationalization of RMB should be a long - term strategy and should not be urgent . At the same time , the internationalization of RMB should be advanced steadily and the external financial risks should be prevented .
