【摘要】：本文從管理實(shí)踐出發(fā),提出國際工程項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者共享聯(lián)盟理念,按照邏輯遞進(jìn)的關(guān)系劃分了利益相關(guān)者的管理層次,按照不同管理層次確定了不同的利益相關(guān)者管理模式,并據(jù)此提出了利益相關(guān)者共享聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部資源共享的管理方法和操作要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the management practice, this paper puts forward the concept of international project stakeholders sharing alliance, and divides the stakeholders' management levels according to the logical progressive relationship. According to different management levels, different stakeholder management models are determined, and based on this, the management methods and operating points of internal resource sharing of stakeholder sharing alliance are put forward.
