【摘要】：近年來(lái)中泰經(jīng)貿(mào)合作發(fā)展并不均衡。泰國(guó)對(duì)華出口以初級(jí)產(chǎn)品為主,出口額下降,貿(mào)易逆差嚴(yán)重,中國(guó)對(duì)泰國(guó)出口以制造品為主,且競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性制造品居多。與此同時(shí),泰國(guó)對(duì)華投資有所下降,中國(guó)對(duì)泰國(guó)投資增速加快,但兩國(guó)的投資規(guī)模都很小,投資便利化和互聯(lián)互通水平明顯不足。當(dāng)前,在中國(guó)-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)升級(jí)版、21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路、美國(guó)"亞太再平衡"三大宏觀環(huán)境下,深化和拓展中泰經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系要有大戰(zhàn)略、大思路。戰(zhàn)略上,以CAFTA升級(jí)版為平臺(tái),創(chuàng)新機(jī)制體制,深化雙多邊經(jīng)濟(jì)合作;建設(shè)GMS經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊,以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和農(nóng)業(yè)合作為牽引,增強(qiáng)互利和互信;抓住"海上絲綢之路"建設(shè)機(jī)遇,融合通道建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏。相應(yīng)的主要舉措包括:加大雙邊投資力度、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)能合作;發(fā)展投資帶動(dòng)型貿(mào)易,縮小貿(mào)易差額;加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),提高互聯(lián)互通能力;加強(qiáng)金融合作提供融資支撐;開(kāi)展全方位多層次交流等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of Sino-Thai economic and trade cooperation has not been balanced. Thailand's exports to China are dominated by primary products, and its exports have declined, with a serious trade deficit, and China's exports to Thailand are dominated by manufactured goods. At the same time, Thailand's investment in China has declined, and China's investment in Thailand has accelerated. However, the scale of investment in both countries is very small, and the level of investment facilitation and connectivity is obviously inadequate. Under the three macro-environment of "rebalancing Asia-Pacific" in the 21st century maritime Silk Road, deepening and expanding Sino-Thai economic relations should have a big strategy, great thinking and strategy. Take the CAFTA upgrade edition as the platform, innovates the mechanism system, deepens the bilateral multilateral economic cooperation; The construction of GMS economic corridor, with infrastructure and agricultural cooperation as the lead, to enhance mutual benefit and mutual trust; Seize the opportunity of "Maritime Silk Road" construction, integrate channel construction and economic cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win. The corresponding main measures include: increasing bilateral investment, promoting capacity cooperation; Develop investment-led trade and narrow the trade gap; Speed up the construction of infrastructure, improve the ability of connectivity; Strengthening financial cooperation to provide financing support; To carry out all-round and multi-level exchanges.
