【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)勝利后,國民政府突然改變了戰(zhàn)時實施多年的統(tǒng)制經(jīng)濟體制,決定開放外匯和灻金市場,并實行鼓勵進口商品的對外貿(mào)易政策,一時間上海等地專門從事進出口的公司紛紛設(shè)立,外國商品充斥市場,嚴重擠壓了國內(nèi)民族企業(yè)的生存空間,更導(dǎo)致國庫中的外匯儲備急劇下降,國民經(jīng)濟遭到嚴重破壞。在這些從事進口貿(mào)易的行號中有幾家公司大量進口汽車和其他奢侈品,賺取高額利潤,特別是在政府對進口商品實施配額分配制后,憑借其與政府的特殊關(guān)系,獲取配額,套購?fù)鈪R,遭到朝野上下的一致攻擊,并形象地將其稱之為"官辦商行",孔令侃親自創(chuàng)立的揚子建業(yè)公司就是其中重要的代表。本文利用多年來收集到的各種檔案、報刊及回憶資料,對孔令侃其人以及揚子公司的成立背景、經(jīng)營方式、牟利手段予以介紹,并以揚子公司為個案,深入分析戰(zhàn)后官僚資本的發(fā)展及其與"官辦商行"之間錯綜復(fù)雜的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the National Government suddenly changed the economic system which had been implemented for many years in wartime, decided to open up the foreign exchange and gold markets, and implemented a foreign trade policy to encourage imports. At one time Shanghai and other places specialized in the import and export companies have been set up, foreign goods flooded the market, seriously squeezed the survival space of domestic national enterprises, but also led to a sharp decline in the treasury of foreign exchange reserves. The national economy has been severely damaged. Several of these companies engaged in import trade have imported large quantities of cars and other luxury goods, making high profits, especially after the Government has introduced quotas for the allocation of imported goods. By virtue of its special relationship with the government, obtaining quotas and buying foreign exchange, it was attacked unanimously by the government and the public, and it was vividly called "official business". The Yangzi Construction Company founded by Kong Linkan himself is one of the important representatives. This article makes use of all kinds of archives, newspapers and memories collected over the years, to the foundation background of Kong Linkan's people and Yangzi Company. The management mode and profit-making means are introduced, and the Yangzi Company is taken as a case to analyze the development of bureaucratic capital and its intricate relationship with the "official commercial firm" after the war.
