文章摘要：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距演變理論是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域最為重要的研究課題之一。日本特有的經(jīng)濟(jì)周期表現(xiàn),為研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距演變理論提供了難得的現(xiàn)實(shí)樣本。利用日本都道府縣1990～2011年數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、變異系數(shù)、基尼系數(shù)和泰爾指數(shù)等數(shù)量指標(biāo),研究經(jīng)濟(jì)泡沫破滅后的日本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距變化過(guò)程,發(fā)現(xiàn)日本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距演變經(jīng)歷了＂縮小-擴(kuò)大-縮�。�3個(gè)階段。對(duì)日本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距演變的原因進(jìn)行剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)日本泡沫經(jīng)濟(jì)破滅前就形成了經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)度集中的東京一極化區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)格局,為此后日本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)不平等的發(fā)展起點(diǎn),泡沫經(jīng)濟(jì)破滅后日本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距的兩次縮小都是暫時(shí)的,在經(jīng)濟(jì)集聚和城市化經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)等因素影響下,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距仍然以擴(kuò)大為主。日本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距的演變經(jīng)驗(yàn)難以證實(shí)倒U型理論中區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距縮小拐點(diǎn)的存在。

Abstr：The evolution process of regional economic disparity is one of the most important subjects of regional economics. Japan＇s economic development provides an appropriate sample for the study of regional economic disparity theory. Using the data of 47 prefectures in Japan from 1990 to 2011,this paper calculates Standard deviation,coefficient of variation,Gini ＇s coefficient and Theil ＇s index,make a quantitative research on the regional economic disparity after the burst of bubble economy,and find that Japan＇s regional economic disparity goes through 3 stages of ＂narrow- increase- narrow ＂. This paper provided some insight into the reason for the regional economic disparity in Japan,and the result shows that the economic pattern of Tokyo polarization has constituted in Japan before the burst of bubble economy,which regarded as an inequality starting point,the two times of narrow of regional economic disparity are temporary,and under the influence of economic agglomeration and urbanization,economic disparity is still increasing. The experience of evolution of regional economic disparity in Japan is hard to verify the existence of turning point of regional economic disparity in inverted U theory.
