江西省工業(yè)園區(qū)企業(yè)缺工問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:With the care and support of party committees and governments at all levels, Jiangxi has made many achievements in its employment work, and the employment situation continues to improve steadily and steadily. However, as a inland province with relatively rich labor resources, "total surplus and structural shortage" is still the main contradiction in Jiangxi's employment work at present and in the future. The government has given key support to the enterprises in the industrial parks. They have made great improvements in the provision of public services and in raising their salaries. They have made great efforts to expand the number of jobs, but most of the enterprises in the park still have large gaps in employment. The contradiction between total amount and structure and employment and steady labor is very prominent. With the rapid development of Jiangxi's economy and the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, the management of enterprises of all sizes and sizes is also advancing, and the previous management models cannot adapt to the current development situation. We need to use the thinking of human resource management and enterprise innovation management to explore how the government can change the traditional urban-rural dual management structure to find out the problems faced by the industrial park enterprises and to solve the problems. In order to find a stable employment enterprises bring new opportunities for urban economic development. It is an effective way to solve the employment difficulties of industrial park enterprises by rationally developing industrial parks, promoting the competitive advantage of regional economy and enhancing the attraction of local enterprises to talents. Improving the service capacity of government departments and providing a good employment environment is a reliable guarantee to solve employment and employment. Combining with the employment demand of the enterprises in the industrial park of our province, the demands of both the enterprise and the job-seeking party are effectively connected to break the household registration limit, and appeal to the government to support and encourage the enterprises to build the employees' houses, so that the social public resources can be reasonably shared. Only by letting the workers have a real sense of belonging in cities and towns can we stabilize the employment, fill the gap in the recruitment of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises in industrial parks.
