【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程的加快，中國與世界經(jīng)濟的聯(lián)系越來越緊密，國際經(jīng)濟的形勢必然會影響著國內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是國際競爭的重要形式，其發(fā)展程度成為了世界各國經(jīng)濟實力的重要體現(xiàn)，集群的發(fā)展也不再停留在一個封閉的系統(tǒng)中。從區(qū)域的角度來看，，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展則與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展是不謀而合、協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一的，它的合理發(fā)展不僅可以推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的快速進行，還有利于其整體競爭力的提升。 以全球化視角來分析遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展和升級，一個重要前提就是研究全球價值鏈理論。所以本文首先梳理了大量的文獻，總結(jié)了全球價值鏈理論的發(fā)展歷程以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論，并且通過耦合理論驗證了全球價值鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展之間的緊密聯(lián)系；其次，構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展水平的評價模型，介紹了方法集理論以及相對于單一評價方法的優(yōu)越性；最后，闡述了遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群概況，并選取了遼寧省的重點產(chǎn)業(yè)—裝備制造業(yè)，以其為例，運用方法集理論及其評價模型做實證分析。通過分析得出了遼寧省裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展存在高附加值伴隨低收益、自主創(chuàng)新能力差等問題，進一步說明了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在價值鏈上升級的必要性。 在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文借鑒了國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的成功經(jīng)驗，并結(jié)合遼寧省的實際狀況，分別從集群內(nèi)企業(yè)層面、集群層面、政府層面給出了合理的升級路徑以及對策和建議。以期能夠為其他學(xué)者的后續(xù)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, China and the world economy are more and more closely linked, the international economic situation will inevitably affect the domestic economic development. Industrial cluster is an important form of international competition, its development degree has become an important embodiment of the economic strength of all countries in the world, and the development of industrial cluster is no longer confined to a closed system. From the point of view of region, the development of industrial cluster coincides with the development of regional economy. Its rational development can not only promote the rapid development of regional economy, but also promote its overall competitiveness. To analyze the development and upgrading of industrial clusters in Liaoning Province from the perspective of globalization, an important premise is to study the theory of global value chain. So this paper first combed a large number of documents, summarized the development of the global value chain theory and the development of industrial clusters related to the theory, and through the coupling theory to verify the close relationship between the global value chain and the development of industrial clusters; Secondly, the evaluation model of industrial cluster development level is constructed, and the theory of method set and its superiority compared with single evaluation method are introduced. Finally, the paper expounds the general situation of Liaoning Province's industrial cluster, and selects the key industry of Liaoning Province-equipment manufacturing industry. Taking it as an example, it makes an empirical analysis by using the theory of method set and its evaluation model. Through the analysis of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, it is concluded that the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province has problems such as high added value accompanied by low income, poor independent innovation ability and so on, which further explains the necessity of upgrading industrial clusters in the value chain. On this basis, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign industrial clusters, and combines the actual situation of Liaoning Province, respectively from the enterprise level, the cluster level, the government level to give a reasonable upgrade path and countermeasures and suggestions. In order to provide a reference for the follow-up study of other scholars.
