【摘要】：正城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的重要途徑,也是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的最大潛力所在。目前一般用城鎮(zhèn)化率1來衡量一個城市的城鎮(zhèn)化水平。按照國際經(jīng)驗(yàn),當(dāng)一個國家或地區(qū)人均生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)到1000美元,城鎮(zhèn)化率超過30%以上時,城鎮(zhèn)化將進(jìn)入加速發(fā)展時期。2013年桂林人均生產(chǎn)總值5130美元,城鎮(zhèn)化率達(dá)到45%,正處在加快推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期。隨著國務(wù)院批復(fù)《桂林國際旅游勝地建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》和臨桂撤縣改區(qū),將為桂林市
[Abstract]:The construction of positive urbanization is an important way to expand domestic demand and the greatest potential of regional economic development. At present, urbanization rate 1 is generally used to measure the urbanization level of a city. According to international experience, when the per capita GDP of a country or region reaches 1000 US dollars and the urbanization rate exceeds 30%, urbanization will enter a period of accelerated development. In 2013, the per capita GDP of Guilin reached 5130 US dollars, and the urbanization rate reached 45.5%. It is in the key period of speeding up the development of urbanization. With the approval by the State Council of the outline for the Development of Guilin International tourist Resort Construction and the reform of Linguisuan County, Guilin City will be the city of Guilin.
