【摘要】：多年來，在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求下，農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化調(diào)整，并得到了顯著成效，種植業(yè)比重持續(xù)下降，畜牧業(yè)比重持續(xù)上升，但這些努力還是不夠的。在新時(shí)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求下，農(nóng)業(yè)也迎來了一段追求高質(zhì)量、高效益的新時(shí)期。湘西自治州屬于落后地區(qū)，農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)長期以來都不合理，區(qū)域化程度低，產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平低，地方特色農(nóng)業(yè)未能充分發(fā)揮，作為國家西部大開發(fā)和扶貧開發(fā)重點(diǎn)地區(qū)，農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整已迫在眉睫。在國家支持武陵山片區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和扶貧攻堅(jiān)的機(jī)遇下，湘西州更應(yīng)適應(yīng)形勢變化，跟上農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的腳步。 本文以湘西自治州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)問題為研究對(duì)象，綜合運(yùn)用了比較優(yōu)勢理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論和農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論，通過對(duì)湘西自治州的歷史、現(xiàn)狀和優(yōu)劣勢的闡述和統(tǒng)計(jì)，采用了建立比較優(yōu)勢指標(biāo)對(duì)湘西自治州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)問題進(jìn)行分析和研究，并著重把握湘西自治州在新形勢下的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化過程中遇到的主要問題，進(jìn)而明確應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的具體措施。 文章總共有五個(gè)章節(jié)，，第一章節(jié)是緒論，主要闡述了本文的選題背景及研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，介紹了研究方案和主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二個(gè)部分是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)的概念及湘西州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析，主要闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)及通過大量的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)湘西自治州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的狀況進(jìn)行分析，并指出其發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢；第三個(gè)部分通過對(duì)湘西州主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行綜合比較優(yōu)勢分析，找出當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化所存在的主要問題；第四個(gè)部分是闡述了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化需要遵循的四個(gè)原則及針對(duì)存在問題提出的對(duì)策和建議；第五個(gè)部分是主要結(jié)論和研究展望。
[Abstract]:For many years, under the request of the market economy, the agricultural industrial structure has been optimized and adjusted continuously, and has got remarkable results, the proportion of planting industry has been decreasing continuously, the proportion of animal husbandry has been rising continuously, but these efforts are not enough. In the new era of economic requirements, agriculture also ushered in a period of pursuit of high-quality, high-efficiency of the new period. Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is a backward region with a long history of irrational agricultural industrial structure, low level of regionalization, low level of industrialization, and failure to give full play to agriculture with local characteristics. It is a key area for the large-scale development of the country's western region and the development of poverty alleviation. The optimization and adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is imminent. Under the opportunity of state support for regional economic development and poverty alleviation in Wulingshan region, Xiangxi prefecture should adapt to the changes of the situation and keep up with the steps of agricultural industry optimization and upgrading. In this paper, the agricultural industrial structure of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as the research object, comprehensive use of comparative advantage theory, industrial structure optimization theory and agricultural sustainable development theory, through the history of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, The present situation and advantages and disadvantages of the analysis and statistics, using the establishment of comparative advantage indicators to Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture agricultural industrial structure analysis and research, The main problems encountered in the process of optimizing the agricultural industrial structure in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture under the new situation are emphatically grasped, and the concrete measures that should be taken are made clear. There are five chapters in the article. The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly expounds the background and significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the research plan and main innovation points. The second part is the related concepts of agricultural industrial structure and the analysis of the development of agricultural industrial structure in Xiangxi, which mainly expounds the industrial structure. The connotation and characteristics of agricultural industrial structure and optimization of agricultural industrial structure, as well as the analysis of the development of agricultural industrial structure in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture through a large amount of data, and the advantages and disadvantages of its development are pointed out. The third part analyzes the comprehensive comparative advantage of the main agricultural products in Xiangxi and finds out the main problems existing in the optimization of the agricultural industrial structure. The fourth part expounds the four principles to be followed in the optimization of agricultural industrial structure and the countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems. The fifth part is the main conclusions and research prospects.
