【摘要】：分享經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,所倡導(dǎo)的從所有權(quán)到使用權(quán)機(jī)制對(duì)當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)具有較強(qiáng)的沖擊力,它是一種復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,關(guān)乎制度、文化和人性。雖然分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的某些福利效應(yīng)還不太確定,其潛在能力正受到持續(xù)的爭(zhēng)論,但其利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)提高資源利用和配置效率的核心價(jià)值得到了普遍的肯定。未來(lái)分享經(jīng)濟(jì)能否成為連接資源、人力、活動(dòng)的協(xié)同共享平臺(tái),成為改變?nèi)祟?lèi)生活的新經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,有賴(lài)于分享經(jīng)濟(jì)企業(yè)、政府、市場(chǎng)的共同塑造。
[Abstract]:As a new economic model, the sharing economy, which advocates the mechanism from ownership to right to use, has a strong impact on the current economic society. It is a complex economic model, which is related to institution, culture and human nature. Although some welfare effects of the sharing economy are uncertain and its potential capacity is under constant debate, its core value of using Internet information technology to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and allocation has been generally recognized. Whether the sharing economy in the future can become a cooperative sharing platform for connecting resources, manpower and activities, and become a new economic model to change human life, depends on the joint creation of sharing economy enterprises, governments and markets.
