【摘要】：TPP是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化受阻、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展潮流下出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)區(qū)域協(xié)定,被稱為"高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的21世紀(jì)自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定",其產(chǎn)生有特殊背景,內(nèi)容也較其他協(xié)定不同。美國加入并主導(dǎo)其談判議程后,也使其從多方面對(duì)中國在東亞格局中的地位產(chǎn)生了現(xiàn)實(shí)或潛在的影響與沖擊。TPP對(duì)中國是機(jī)遇還是挑戰(zhàn)?中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系中如何協(xié)商TPP問題?本文主要以經(jīng)濟(jì)的視角,從四個(gè)方面探究美國加入TPP的戰(zhàn)略意圖,分析TPP對(duì)中國利益影響、中國對(duì)TPP的態(tài)度變化及原因,為中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系在TPP問題上找一個(gè)平衡點(diǎn),使雙方在競爭與合作之中創(chuàng)造互利共贏。
[Abstract]:TPP is a regional agreement which appears under the trend of global economic integration and vigorous development of regional economy. It is called "high standard free trade agreement in the 21st century". It has a special background and its content is different from other agreements. After the United States joined in and dominated its negotiation agenda, it also had a realistic or potential impact on China's position in East Asia in many ways. Is TPP an opportunity or a challenge to China? How to negotiate TPP in Sino-US economic and trade relations? From the economic perspective, this paper explores the strategic intention of the United States to join the TPP from four aspects, analyzes the influence of TPP on China's interests, changes in China's attitude towards TPP and its reasons, and finds a balance point for Sino-US economic and trade relations on the issue of TPP. So that the two sides in the competition and cooperation to create mutual benefit and win-win.
