【摘要】：自我國實施人才強國基本戰(zhàn)略以來,高水平大學成為科技創(chuàng)新、文化創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本保障。研究高等教育發(fā)展與城市競爭力的關(guān)系,需從高等教育與城市競爭力的互動機理、關(guān)聯(lián)性分析入手進行指標選擇。通過對東中西部六個城市樣本的實證數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)果顯示2009—2013年高等教育發(fā)展水平與城市競爭力多項指標存在顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系。因此,在高等教育與城市發(fā)展的互動過程中,要充分尊重各個城市教育與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的差異性和相關(guān)性特征,構(gòu)建與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)相協(xié)調(diào)的高等教育發(fā)展機制。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the basic strategy of strengthening the country by talents, high-level universities have become the fundamental guarantee for scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation and sustainable economic development. In order to study the relationship between the development of higher education and the competitiveness of cities, we should choose the indexes from the interactive mechanism of higher education and the competitiveness of cities. Through the empirical data analysis of six cities in east, west and west, the results show that there is a significant correlation between the development level of higher education in 2009-2013 and several indexes of urban competitiveness. Therefore, in the process of interaction between higher education and urban development, we should fully respect the differences and correlation characteristics between urban education and economic development, and construct a mechanism of higher education development coordinated with the regional economic structure.
