【摘要】：我國(guó)工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和居民生活水平的提高,對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。高速鐵路作為交通運(yùn)輸體系中的骨干力量,在中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展中正發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用,對(duì)中國(guó)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)格局和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深刻的影響。本文嘗試結(jié)合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、運(yùn)輸經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué),來(lái)研究高速鐵路對(duì)中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。首先通過(guò)對(duì)高速鐵路技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)特性的分析,以及對(duì)高速鐵路影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要因素的研究,將經(jīng)濟(jì)影響因素分為直接影響因素和間接影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上借鑒主要運(yùn)輸經(jīng)濟(jì)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,研究高速鐵路影響下區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),對(duì)主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行建模分析,并分析高速鐵路與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)作用理論,結(jié)合高速鐵路自身的特點(diǎn),建立經(jīng)濟(jì)影響預(yù)測(cè)模型。進(jìn)而將預(yù)測(cè)模型運(yùn)用到成綿樂高速鐵路區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的預(yù)測(cè)研究中,收集成綿樂高速鐵路沿線的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)特征和經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)建立“有-無(wú)”對(duì)比模型,以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)總量指標(biāo)為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)高速鐵路建成前后的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)總量數(shù)據(jù)分別進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),并進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,結(jié)合對(duì)相關(guān)作用因素的定性分析,充分論證高速鐵路建設(shè)給沿線區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The industrialization of our country, the acceleration of urbanization process, the development of economy, the progress of technology and the improvement of living standard of residents have put forward higher requirements for the development of transportation industry. As the backbone of the transportation system, the high-speed railway is playing an increasingly important role in the development of China's regional economy, which has a profound impact on the pattern and development of China's regional economy. This paper attempts to study the impact of high-speed railway on the development of regional economy in China by combining regional economics, transport economics and statistics. First of all, through the analysis of the technical and economic characteristics of high-speed railway and the study of the main factors that affect the regional economic development of high-speed railway, the economic influence factors are divided into direct factors and indirect factors. On this basis, using the theory of main transportation economy and regional economy for reference, the regional economic effect under the influence of high-speed railway is studied, the main economic effects are modeled and analyzed, and the theory of correlation between high-speed railway and regional economy is analyzed. According to the characteristics of high speed railway, the economic impact prediction model is established. Then the prediction model is applied to the prediction of the regional economic impact of Chengmianle high-speed railway, and the regional economic characteristics and economic data along Chengmianle high-speed railway are collected. Based on the index of regional economic aggregate, this paper forecasts the regional economic aggregate data before and after the completion of high-speed railway, and makes a comparative analysis, combining with the qualitative analysis of relevant factors. Fully demonstrate the high-speed railway construction along the economic development of the region brought about by the role of promotion.
