【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)推動(dòng)中部崛起戰(zhàn)略和中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)的逐步實(shí)施，各區(qū)域內(nèi)金融體系呈現(xiàn)區(qū)域性特點(diǎn)，金融業(yè)發(fā)展日趨繁榮，迎來(lái)了巨大的發(fā)展前景，為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供有效的金融支持提供保障。洛陽(yáng)作為河南省副中心城市，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)越來(lái)越明顯，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迎來(lái)了新機(jī)遇，對(duì)洛陽(yáng)市區(qū)域金融體系進(jìn)行剖析研究，找到區(qū)域金融體系發(fā)展的優(yōu)化策略，對(duì)洛陽(yáng)市區(qū)域金融體系發(fā)展乃至洛陽(yáng)市整體經(jīng)濟(jì)健康運(yùn)行具有重大的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先從區(qū)域金融體系理論框架入手，對(duì)區(qū)域金融體系基本概念、形成因素等理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明，為文章后續(xù)的分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次，，文章通過(guò)兩方面詳細(xì)介紹洛陽(yáng)市區(qū)域金融體系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和困境。一方面，我們根據(jù)金融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì)原則，建立關(guān)于金融顯示性和金融解釋性兩大方面共計(jì)26項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的區(qū)域金融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系，并采用主成分分析法對(duì)28個(gè)選定城市進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，全面完整的分析了各區(qū)域金融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力狀況；另一方面，了解洛陽(yáng)區(qū)域金融組織構(gòu)架，根據(jù)金融體系的概念，從4個(gè)方面對(duì)洛陽(yáng)區(qū)域金融體系發(fā)展概況進(jìn)行分析，明確洛陽(yáng)市區(qū)域金融體系發(fā)展存在問題，并對(duì)成因進(jìn)行剖析。最后，針對(duì)洛陽(yáng)市區(qū)域金融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具體狀況和金融體系發(fā)展存在的問題，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外金融體系發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出針對(duì)性的建議，以促進(jìn)洛陽(yáng)區(qū)域金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，優(yōu)化洛陽(yáng)區(qū)域金融體系。
[Abstract]:With China's promotion of the strategy of the rise of the central region and the gradual implementation of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the financial system in each region presents regional characteristics, and the financial industry is developing more and more prosperous, ushered in a great prospect of development. To provide effective financial support for economic development. As the deputy central city of Henan Province, the location advantage and comprehensive advantage of Luoyang are more and more obvious. The economic development has ushered in a new opportunity. This paper analyzes and studies the regional financial system of Luoyang, and finds out the optimization strategy for the development of the regional financial system. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the development of regional financial system and the healthy operation of the whole economy in Luoyang City. This paper begins with the theoretical framework of the regional financial system and explains in detail the basic concepts and formation factors of the regional financial system, which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis of the article. Secondly, the article introduces the current situation and predicament of the regional financial system in Luoyang City in two aspects. On the one hand, according to the design principle of financial competitiveness index system, we set up a regional financial competitiveness index system, which includes 26 indexes on financial expressiveness and financial explanation. And the principal component analysis of 28 selected cities for empirical research, comprehensive and complete analysis of the regional financial competitiveness; On the other hand, according to the concept of financial system, the development of Luoyang regional financial system is analyzed from four aspects, and the problems in the development of Luoyang regional financial system are clarified. And analyze the cause of formation. Finally, aiming at the specific situation of the regional financial competitiveness and the problems existing in the development of the financial system in Luoyang, the paper draws lessons from the successful experience of the development of the financial system at home and abroad, and puts forward some targeted suggestions to promote the development of the regional financial industry in Luoyang. Optimize Luoyang regional financial system.
