【摘要】：在我國高等教育系統(tǒng)中，高職院校的作用不可忽視，高職院校也是社會(huì)人才的培養(yǎng)基地，也是實(shí)現(xiàn)科技創(chuàng)新的重要力量，在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中起著重要的作用。在高職院校的培養(yǎng)人才、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)三大職能中，社會(huì)服務(wù)職能產(chǎn)生最晚。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的重要性日益凸顯。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大潮中，知識(shí)是促進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵力量。而作為傳播知識(shí)、培養(yǎng)人才的搖籃之一，高職院校這只重要力量不容小覷，其社會(huì)服務(wù)職能與社會(huì)進(jìn)步息息相關(guān)，因此，加大對(duì)高職院校的扶持力度，強(qiáng)化高職院校的社會(huì)服務(wù)職能，對(duì)于促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，具有非常重要的意義。 本文的主要內(nèi)容包括以下方面：第一章：緒論。該部分主要闡述了本文的選題背景和選題意義，梳理了國內(nèi)外研究綜述，在此基礎(chǔ)上形成了本文的研究思路和方法，擬定了研究?jī)?nèi)容和可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，是對(duì)文章研究資料的梳理與整合。第二章：高職院校社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的基本理論闡釋。這是本文的理論基礎(chǔ)，該部分介紹了高職院校社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的內(nèi)涵和重要意義，為后面的分析提供了理論鋪墊。第三章：高職院校社會(huì)服務(wù)職能履行的現(xiàn)狀——以G學(xué)院為例。該部分以G學(xué)院為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用個(gè)案分析法對(duì)其社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究，分析了其社會(huì)服務(wù)工作取得的成就和存在的問題，并就存在問題的原因進(jìn)行深入的探析，為后面提出改進(jìn)的對(duì)策建議提供依據(jù)。第四章：完善高職院校社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的對(duì)策建議。這是本文的核心部分，該部分以上一章的問題和原因分析為基礎(chǔ)，從社會(huì)服務(wù)理念、體制、機(jī)制、法制建設(shè)等幾個(gè)方面，提出了有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議，為該校履行好社會(huì)服務(wù)職能提供借鑒。 本文在進(jìn)行理論闡釋的同時(shí)，還選擇有代表性的對(duì)象進(jìn)行分析，以G學(xué)院為研究個(gè)案，通過對(duì)G學(xué)院社會(huì)服務(wù)職能履行的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究，，將理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來，避免二者脫節(jié)。
[Abstract]:In our higher education system, the role of higher vocational colleges can not be ignored, higher vocational colleges are also the training base of social talents, also an important force to realize scientific and technological innovation, and play an important role in the development of regional economy and society. Among the three functions of cultivating talents, scientific research and social service in higher vocational colleges, social service function is the last. With the rapid development of social economy, the importance of social service function is becoming increasingly prominent. In the tide of knowledge economy development, knowledge is the key force to promote social progress and economic development. As one of the cradles of spreading knowledge and cultivating talents, the important force of higher vocational colleges should not be underestimated, and its social service function is closely related to social progress. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the support for higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to strengthen the social service function of higher vocational colleges to promote the development of regional economy. The main content of this paper includes the following aspects: chapter one: introduction. This part mainly expounds the background and significance of this topic, combs the domestic and foreign research review, forms the research ideas and methods of this paper, and formulates the research content and possible innovation points. Is to the article research material combs and the conformity. The second chapter: the basic theory explanation of social service function in higher vocational colleges. This is the theoretical basis of this paper. This part introduces the connotation and significance of the social service function in higher vocational colleges and provides a theoretical basis for the analysis. Chapter three: the status quo of social service function in higher vocational colleges-take G college as an example. This part takes the G college as the research object, uses the case analysis method to carry on the research to its social service function present situation, has analyzed its social service work achievement and the existence question, and has carried on the thorough analysis to the existence question reason. To provide the basis for improving the countermeasures. Chapter four: the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the social service function in higher vocational colleges. This is the core part of this paper. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the above chapter, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of social service concept, system, mechanism, legal system construction, etc. For the school to perform a good social service function to provide reference. At the same time of theoretical interpretation, this paper also selects representative objects to analyze, taking G college as a case study, through the research on the status quo of the social service function of G college, combining theory with practice. Avoid disconnect.
