【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的時(shí)空格局及驅(qū)動(dòng)力分析是制定區(qū)域政策的重要依據(jù),該文以人均GDP表征經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)正交函數(shù)與空間濾波模型,探尋1985-2012年間中國(guó)335個(gè)地市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的時(shí)空演變及影響因素,得出以下結(jié)論:1)地市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)呈"穩(wěn)步抬升—漸趨穩(wěn)定—開(kāi)始下降"變化態(tài)勢(shì),總體變動(dòng)不大,但在空間上呈現(xiàn)顯著的集聚特征;2)地市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)主要呈東西反相分布,1985-2004年間東部地市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度較快,西部地市發(fā)展較慢,而2004-2012年間中西部地市的經(jīng)濟(jì)成長(zhǎng)較快,東部地市相對(duì)減緩,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)差異開(kāi)始縮小;3)基于空間濾波誤差模型識(shí)別出投資、消費(fèi)、外貿(mào)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)對(duì)地市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起到顯著拉動(dòng)作用,財(cái)政支出、從業(yè)人員數(shù)量對(duì)地市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響顯著為負(fù),城市化水平及區(qū)位條件對(duì)地市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用并不顯著。
[Abstract]:The analysis of spatial and temporal patterns and driving forces of regional economic growth is an important basis for the formulation of regional policies. In this paper, the economic growth is represented by per capita GDP, and empirical orthogonal function and spatial filtering model are used. This paper explores the temporal and spatial evolution and influencing factors of economic growth in 335 prefectures in China from 1985 to 2012, and draws the following conclusion: (1) the economic growth of prefectures shows a trend of "steady uplift, gradual stabilization and beginning to decline", with little overall change. However, the economic growth of prefectures is mainly distributed in the east and west regions in the period 1985-2004, the economic growth rate of the eastern prefectures is relatively fast, the development of the western prefectures and cities is slower, but the economic growth of the central and western prefectures is relatively fast during 2004-2012, and the economic growth of the central and western prefectures is relatively fast in the period of 2004-2012. Eastern prefectures relatively slow down, the difference of economic growth begins to narrow. 3) based on spatial filtering error model, investment, consumption, foreign trade and industrial structure optimization and upgrading play a significant role in promoting economic growth in prefectures and cities. The number of employees has a negative effect on the economic development of prefectures and cities, while the level of urbanization and location conditions have no significant effect on the economic growth of prefectures and cities.
