【摘要】：以安徽省際邊緣區(qū)32個(gè)縣(市)為研究對(duì)象,從綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、人民生活水平、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、對(duì)外開(kāi)放水平四個(gè)層面構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系。選取2007、2010和2013年為研究截面,運(yùn)用熵權(quán)TOPSIS法,確定安徽省際邊緣區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,對(duì)其發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)和排序;運(yùn)用聚類分析法,對(duì)安徽省際邊緣區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平空間差異進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力是縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的重要原因,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和對(duì)外開(kāi)放是推動(dòng)縣域發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量;安徽省際邊緣區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)總體水平不斷攀升,但各縣發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不盡相同;安徽省際邊緣區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在明顯的空間分化,皖浙、皖蘇地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)較為發(fā)達(dá),皖鄂、皖豫、皖贛地區(qū)發(fā)展水平相當(dāng),且較之皖浙地區(qū)差距較為明顯。
[Abstract]:Taking 32 counties (cities) in the border area of Anhui Province as the research object, the evaluation system is constructed from four levels: comprehensive economic strength, people's living standard, technological innovation environment, and the level of opening to the outside world. This paper selects 2007 and 2013 as the research cross section, uses entropy weight TOPSIS method, determines the weight of the county economic index in the border area of Anhui Province, evaluates and sorts its development level synthetically, uses the cluster analysis method, This paper studies the spatial difference of the level of county economy development in the marginal region of Anhui Province. The results show that comprehensive economic strength is an important reason for the difference of county economy, technological innovation and opening to the outside world are the backbone of promoting county development, and the overall level of county economy in the border areas of Anhui Province is constantly rising. But the development status of each county is different, there is obvious spatial differentiation in the development of county economy in the border area of Anhui Province, the county economy in Anhui, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces is relatively developed, the level of development in Anhui, Hubei, Anhui and Henan provinces, and Anhui and Jiangxi provinces is equal to that in Anhui, Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangsu provinces. Compared with Anhui and Zhejiang, the gap is obvious.
