供給側(cè)改革背景下的地方本科院校專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整——以河南科技大學(xué)為例

【摘要】:高校專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整是高等教育供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要內(nèi)容。地方本科院校在專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整過程中存在著三大問題:以"三率"或"就業(yè)率"為導(dǎo)向動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整專業(yè)招生計(jì)劃中存在"一刀切"現(xiàn)象、新增專業(yè)論證不足、對(duì)替換或撤銷專業(yè)的前期準(zhǔn)備和后續(xù)工作安排不足。針對(duì)這些問題,河南科技大學(xué)穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)按類招生按專業(yè)分流和以"三率"為導(dǎo)向的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整招生計(jì)劃改革,以及推行"退一進(jìn)一"新老專業(yè)替換改革,使學(xué)校的專業(yè)設(shè)置更加貼近區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)需求,極大地提升了學(xué)校的競爭力。
[Abstract]:The optimization and adjustment of college specialty structure is an important part of the structural reform on the supply side of higher education. There are three major problems in the process of professional structure optimization and adjustment in local colleges and universities: the phenomenon of "one-size-fits-all" exists in the dynamic adjustment of major enrollment plan under the guidance of "three rates" or "employment rate", and the lack of argumentation of new specialties. Inadequate preparation and follow-up arrangements for replacement or withdrawal of major. In order to solve these problems, Henan University of Science and Technology has steadily promoted the reform of the dynamic readjustment of enrollment plans according to specialties and the "three-rate" orientation, as well as the new and old major replacement reform. Make the specialty set closer to the regional economic and social development and industrial needs, greatly improve the competitiveness of the school.
