【摘要】：在中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展的過程中,河南省就業(yè)市場及環(huán)境迅速變化,作為我國的人口大省,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難問題尤為突出。高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的根本問題是就業(yè)能力的問題,即專業(yè)能力、創(chuàng)新能力不足。這種能力不足根源于高校專業(yè)設(shè)置不合理、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作滯后等。因此,要著力加強(qiáng)高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng),即實(shí)踐能力和創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:In the process of the development of the Central Plains Economic Region, the employment market and the environment in Henan have changed rapidly. As a large province of population in China, the problem of employment of college graduates is particularly prominent. The basic problem of the difficult employment of college graduates is the problem of employability, that is, professional ability and lack of innovation ability. Therefore, efforts should be made to cultivate graduates' employability, that is, the cultivation of practical ability and innovative ability.
