【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城市的功能和定位也逐漸專業(yè)化和細(xì)分,城市與城市之間的交流合作日漸頻繁突出,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的一體化也將帶動區(qū)域物流活動的增多。區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)作為城市與城市之間交流的樞紐,對城市發(fā)展的影響也越來越大,區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的布局規(guī)劃直接影響到城市的日�；顒印５壳按蟛糠殖鞘袑τ谖锪鞴�(jié)點(diǎn)的規(guī)劃沒有建立在城市布局規(guī)劃體制里,只是一味的求大,求全,造成了使用率的底下和資金的浪費(fèi)以及建設(shè)的重復(fù)率高。 針對這些問題,本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外成熟的研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對現(xiàn)代物流學(xué)、增長極理論、區(qū)位論等多種學(xué)科理論的學(xué)習(xí),以及區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局規(guī)劃和選址相關(guān)論文的深入研究,依據(jù)成熟的科學(xué)理論對大連市的區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和選址,希望能夠?qū)ξ覈渌貐^(qū)的物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的布局規(guī)劃起到一定的參考價(jià)值。本文首先通過構(gòu)建區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用灰色聚類分析法和模糊一致矩陣計(jì)算出適合建設(shè)區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的地區(qū)。在確定適合建設(shè)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的區(qū)域后,通過對區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局影響因素的分析,結(jié)合城市的中長期規(guī)劃,找出備選的物流節(jié)點(diǎn),通過對節(jié)點(diǎn)重要度的計(jì)算,最終確定區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的選址方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, the function and orientation of cities are becoming more and more specialized and subdivided, the communication and cooperation between cities are becoming more and more prominent, and the integration of regional economy will also lead to the increase of regional logistics activities. As a hub of communication between cities, regional logistics nodes have more and more influence on urban development. The layout planning of regional logistics nodes has a direct impact on the daily activities of cities. But at present, the planning of logistics nodes in most cities is not established in the urban layout planning system, only blindly seeking for large, perfect, resulting in the use of the bottom and the waste of funds and construction of high repetition rate. Aiming at these problems, based on the mature research theories at home and abroad, this paper studies the theories of modern logistics, growth pole theory, location theory and so on. As well as the regional logistics node layout planning and location related papers in-depth research, according to the mature scientific theory of Dalian regional logistics node planning and location of the system. It hopes to play a certain reference value in the layout planning of logistics nodes in other regions of China. In this paper, firstly, the evaluation index system of regional logistics node layout is constructed, and the region suitable for regional logistics node construction is calculated by using grey cluster analysis and fuzzy consistent matrix. After determining the region suitable for building logistics nodes, through the analysis of the factors affecting the layout of regional logistics nodes, combined with the long-term planning of the city, we find out the alternative logistics nodes, and calculate the importance of the nodes. Finally, the location scheme of regional logistics node is determined.
