【摘要】：行動(dòng)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論以一種結(jié)構(gòu)化的方式來構(gòu)建行為主體之間的關(guān)系,并將要素流動(dòng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化互動(dòng)形態(tài)納入分析范疇。本文在總結(jié)行動(dòng)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論主要內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上用其分析了"軍埔模式"發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段,厘清了各行動(dòng)者要素之間的角色、利益訴求與轉(zhuǎn)譯過程,得出了"軍埔模式"是一種內(nèi)生式發(fā)展模式;行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)在"軍埔模式"形成中扮演了矛盾化解的"中間人"、政策傳遞"喇叭手"、交流合作的"搭臺(tái)人"角色;政府是該模式形成的關(guān)鍵行動(dòng)者的結(jié)論,并對政府在"軍埔模式"形成過程中的角色和定位問題進(jìn)行了初步探討。
[Abstract]:The theory of actor network constructs the relationship between the actors in a structured way, and brings the flow of elements and the interaction of network into the category of analysis. On the basis of summarizing the main contents of the theory of actor network, this paper analyzes the three stages of the development of the "Junpu Model", and clarifies the roles, interest demands and translation process among the actors. It is concluded that the "military Po model" is an endogenous development model, the trade association plays the role of "middleman" in resolving contradictions, "trumpeter" in policy transmission and "person in Taiwan" in exchange and cooperation. The conclusion that the government is the key actor in the formation of the model is discussed in this paper, and the role and orientation of the government in the formation of the "Junpu Model" are also discussed.
