【摘要】：改革開放以后，，我國正經(jīng)歷了非�？焖俚某鞘谢M(jìn)程。在過去城鎮(zhèn)化的道路上，我國城鎮(zhèn)化取得了不朽的成績，但仍存在著許多問題。因此，促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化健康發(fā)展對(duì)中國未來發(fā)展意義重大，也影響著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展格局�；诖�，論文以新型城鎮(zhèn)化為背景，運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)、城市地理學(xué)和其他相關(guān)理論，深入探討了城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵與特征，對(duì)比分析了傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化實(shí)踐與新型城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵；歸納和梳理國外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我國城鎮(zhèn)化道路上出現(xiàn)的矛盾與問題，提出新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的價(jià)值取向；論文以東北地區(qū)為例，從社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、空間三個(gè)維度構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，選取評(píng)價(jià)模型，從全國和區(qū)域兩個(gè)層面對(duì)東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量進(jìn)行測度與評(píng)價(jià)，分析其存在的差距，并對(duì)東北地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量劃分地域?qū)蛹?jí)，分析城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的層級(jí)特征與形成機(jī)理；在此基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)東北地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展趨勢和面臨的問題，提出了科學(xué)合理的調(diào)控策略，以實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量、內(nèi)涵式、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的城鎮(zhèn)化道路。為東北地區(qū)各級(jí)政府正確認(rèn)識(shí)城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展品質(zhì)，準(zhǔn)確定位城市走向，提供更多的參考依據(jù)。 全文共分八個(gè)章節(jié)： 緒論介紹了論文的研究背景，國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展，論文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和技術(shù)路線。 第一章城鎮(zhèn)化的相關(guān)概念與相關(guān)理論。該部分辨析了城鎮(zhèn)化與城市化的相關(guān)概念。論述了新型城鎮(zhèn)化與傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系，對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的概念重新界定。同時(shí)闡述了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)條件論、經(jīng)濟(jì)地域運(yùn)動(dòng)理論、區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)理論、城市發(fā)展階段理論、系統(tǒng)論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論，為論文研究提供理論支撐。 第二章城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的價(jià)值取向。論述了城鎮(zhèn)化價(jià)值取向提出的意義，從過程與結(jié)果、速度與質(zhì)量等角度分析了我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中存在的問題，以此為啟示，提出我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的價(jià)值取向。 第三章東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的歷史過程。該部分主要回顧了古代、近代、建國以后東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的歷史過程，分析不同時(shí)期東北地區(qū)城市發(fā)展的類型、特征，最后闡述了目前東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化取得的成效與存在的問題。 第四章東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的測度與評(píng)價(jià)。該部分從社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和空間三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，從區(qū)域和全國兩個(gè)層面對(duì)東北地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量進(jìn)行測度，按著相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，分析其存在的問題。 第五章東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量層級(jí)劃分和形成機(jī)理。運(yùn)用聚類分析法將城市化發(fā)展質(zhì)量劃分為四個(gè)層級(jí)，即核心城市區(qū)、周邊城市區(qū)、外圍城市區(qū)、邊緣城市區(qū)。分析每個(gè)層級(jí)的具體特征，并從經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)角度分析層級(jí)產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)力體系和形成機(jī)理。 第六章東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展質(zhì)量的調(diào)控與對(duì)策。建立城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的調(diào)控體系，對(duì)東北地區(qū)未來城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行展望，進(jìn)而提出促進(jìn)東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化健康發(fā)展的調(diào)控路徑與對(duì)策。 論文結(jié)論部分對(duì)全文做了總結(jié)，主要闡述了結(jié)論、存在的不足、創(chuàng)新之處和研究的幾點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, our country is experiencing a very rapid urbanization process. On the road of urbanization in the past, China's urbanization has made immortal achievements, but there are still many problems. Therefore, promoting the healthy development of urbanization is of great significance to the future development of China, and also affects the development pattern of the global economy. Based on this, the paper is new With the background of type urbanization, regional economic geography, urban geography and other related theories are used to explore the connotation and characteristics of the quality of urbanization, and the connotation of traditional urbanization and new urbanization are compared and analyzed, and the development experience of urbanization in foreign countries and the contradictions and problems on the road of Urbanization in China are summarized and discussed. The paper takes the value orientation of the new urbanization development. Taking the northeast area as an example, the evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions of society, economy and space. The evaluation model is selected to measure and evaluate the quality of urbanization in Northeast China from two layers of the country and region, and the gap existing in the northeast region is analyzed, and the quality of urbanization in the northeast is divided. On the basis of this, a scientific and rational control strategy is put forward to realize the urbanization road of high quality, connotation and sustainable development for the governments at all levels in Northeast China. Quality, accurately locate the direction of the city, provide more reference.

The introduction introduces the research background, research progress at home and abroad, research contents, research methods and technical routes.
The first chapter is the related concepts and related theories of urbanization. This part distinguishes the related concepts of urbanization and urbanization, discusses the difference and connection between the new urbanization and the traditional urbanization, redefines the concept of urbanization quality, and expounds the regional economic geography condition theory, the economic regional movement theory, the regional spatial structure theory. On the theory of urban development stage, system theory and sustainable development theory, it provides theoretical support for thesis research.
The second chapter is the value orientation of urbanization development. This paper expounds the significance of the value orientation of urbanization, analyzes the problems in the process of urbanization in China from the process and results, speed and quality, and puts forward the value orientation of the urbanization development in China.
The third chapter is the historical process of urbanization in Northeast China. This part mainly reviews the historical process of urbanization development in ancient, modern, and after the founding of the people's Republic of China, analyzes the types and characteristics of urban development in Northeast China in different periods, and finally expounds the achievements and problems of Urbanization in Northeast China.
The fourth chapter is to measure and evaluate the quality of urbanization in Northeast China. This part constructs the evaluation index system of urbanization quality from three aspects of society, economy and space, and measures the quality of urbanization in Northeast China from two layers of the region and the whole country. According to the relevant evaluation standards, the quality of urbanization in Northeast China is evaluated comprehensively. Analysis of its existing problems.
The fifth chapter is the hierarchical division and formation mechanism of the urbanization quality in Northeast China. By using cluster analysis, the quality of urbanization is divided into four levels, namely, core urban area, surrounding urban area, outer city district and marginal urban area. The specific characteristics of each level are analyzed, and the dynamic system and shape of the hierarchy are analyzed from the perspective of economic geography. Mechanism.
The sixth chapter is the control and Countermeasures of the development quality of urbanization in Northeast China. The regulation system in the process of urbanization is set up, the trend of urbanization in the Northeast China is prospected, and the control path and Countermeasures to promote the healthy development of urbanization in Northeast China are put forward.
The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the full text, mainly expounds the conclusions, shortcomings, innovations and research inspiration.
