【摘要】：大慶油田物資公司作為中國最大型石油企業(yè)的物資供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)，伴隨著大慶油田走過了50多年的光輝歷程。隨著我國加入WTO以來，物流行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，石油物流企業(yè)已不能適應(yīng)國際、國內(nèi)新形勢(shì)的現(xiàn)代物流管理模式，為了改變傳統(tǒng)物流企業(yè)的運(yùn)作模式，為推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，發(fā)展接續(xù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，尋求新的利潤增長點(diǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，如何向現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)發(fā)展研究必將成為企業(yè)目前面臨的首要問題。本文通過對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，，結(jié)合大慶市和管理局的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)大慶油田物資公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)的可行性進(jìn)行了分析研究，這對(duì)大慶油田物資公司大力推進(jìn)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)，降低物流成本、加速資金周轉(zhuǎn)、提高資源利用效率、擴(kuò)大勞動(dòng)就業(yè)，以及促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，推進(jìn)大慶建設(shè)和融入經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化，都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先從大慶油田物流行業(yè)面臨的問題入手，闡述物流最基本的概念以及其演化和發(fā)展，著重分析比較傳統(tǒng)物流與現(xiàn)代物流的差別，指出現(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、基本特征和優(yōu)勢(shì)。繼而結(jié)合現(xiàn)代物流戰(zhàn)略的理論，對(duì)大慶地區(qū)的物流現(xiàn)狀，尤其是現(xiàn)階段的物流需求和供給情況進(jìn)行全面描述和分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，明確提出大慶油田物資公司現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Daqing Oil Field material Company (Daqing Oilfield), as the largest petroleum enterprise in China, has experienced a glorious course of more than 50 years. With the rapid development of logistics industry since China's entry into WTO, petroleum logistics enterprises have been unable to adapt to the international and domestic new situation of modern logistics management mode, in order to change the operation mode of traditional logistics enterprises and to promote structural adjustment. How to develop the continuous industry, seek the new profit growth point and realize the sustainable development, how to develop to the modern logistics enterprise will become the most important problem that the enterprise faces at present. Based on the theoretical research of modern logistics and the actual situation of Daqing City and the Administration Bureau, this paper analyzes the feasibility of developing modern logistics enterprises in Daqing Oilfield material Company. This has greatly promoted the logistics industry, reduced logistics costs, accelerated the flow of funds, improved the efficiency of resource utilization, expanded labor and employment, and promoted the sustainable development of regional economy. It is of great practical significance to promote Daqing construction and integrate into economic globalization. This paper begins with the problems faced by the logistics industry in Daqing Oilfield, expounds the most basic concept of logistics and its evolution and development, analyzes and compares the differences between traditional logistics and modern logistics, and points out the development trend of modern logistics. Basic characteristics and advantages Based on the theory of modern logistics strategy, the paper describes and analyzes the current situation of logistics in Daqing area, especially the demand and supply of logistics at this stage. Put forward the modern logistics development strategy of Daqing Oil Field material Company.
