【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家《中長(zhǎng)期鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》中“四縱四橫”鐵路快速客運(yùn)通道的相繼建成投產(chǎn),高速鐵路網(wǎng)架構(gòu)已基本形成,動(dòng)車(chē)組開(kāi)行省份已達(dá)28個(gè)。這不僅大大提升了鐵路運(yùn)輸品質(zhì),也極大地增強(qiáng)了鐵路客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,有力地帶動(dòng)和促進(jìn)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,高鐵業(yè)已成為我國(guó)實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略、拓展國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的品牌。因此,保障動(dòng)車(chē)組檢修質(zhì)量,確保運(yùn)行安全持續(xù)穩(wěn)定,已成為迫切需要研究和解決的重大課題。動(dòng)車(chē)組具有技術(shù)含量高、運(yùn)行速度快、運(yùn)用維修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高等特點(diǎn)。本文在分析我國(guó)鐵路行業(yè)現(xiàn)行動(dòng)車(chē)組Ⅰ級(jí)修檢修現(xiàn)狀、作業(yè)流程和安全不可控因素的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)實(shí)際,引入RFID(無(wú)線射頻識(shí)別)技術(shù),研發(fā)動(dòng)車(chē)組檢修作業(yè)視頻評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),對(duì)作業(yè)人員作業(yè)過(guò)程、作業(yè)質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行全程視頻記錄并傳送到數(shù)據(jù)中心,通過(guò)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)作業(yè)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行判定、分析,防止因作業(yè)人員疏漏而造成動(dòng)車(chē)組質(zhì)量隱患,以達(dá)到“事中控制”、提高檢修質(zhì)量的目的,為強(qiáng)化動(dòng)車(chē)組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)控制、確保動(dòng)車(chē)組安全高效運(yùn)營(yíng)提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the completion and production of the "four vertical and four horizontal" railway express passenger passage in the National medium and long term Railway Network Planning, the high-speed railway network structure has been basically formed, and the number of EMU operating provinces has reached 28. This has not only greatly improved the quality of railway transportation, but also greatly enhanced the competitiveness of the railway passenger transport market, and has powerfully promoted and promoted the development of regional economy and society. High-speed rail has become the strategy of "going out" in our country. Develop the brand in the international market. Therefore, to ensure the maintenance quality of EMU and to ensure the safety and stability of operation has become an urgent need to be studied and solved. EMU has the characteristics of high technical content, fast running speed and high maintenance standard. In this paper, based on the analysis of the current condition, work flow and safety uncontrollable factors of class I maintenance of EMU in railway industry in China, the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is introduced in combination with the actual operation on the spot. A video evaluation system for maintenance and repair of EMU is developed. The whole process and quality of operation are recorded and transmitted to the data center in real time. The quality of the operation is judged and analyzed by establishing a mathematical model. In order to achieve the purpose of "control in the incident" and improve the quality of overhaul, it provides a new way of thinking for strengthening field operation control of EMU and ensuring safe and efficient operation of EMU.
