【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)步伐的逐漸加快,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)在國(guó)民中的重要地位開(kāi)始慢慢凸現(xiàn)出來(lái),其發(fā)展程度和發(fā)展模式關(guān)系到我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體運(yùn)行水平。區(qū)域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅體現(xiàn)著區(qū)域資源的比較優(yōu)勢(shì),還是有著主導(dǎo)部門屬性的產(chǎn)業(yè),本質(zhì)上來(lái)講是區(qū)域性主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)力起著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此,對(duì)于濱海新區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇以及研究其產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式就成為了振興濱海新區(qū)今后經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重中之重。 本文先是對(duì)濱海新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了整體地梳理、分析以及和其他地區(qū)的比較,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行了界定,提出了對(duì)濱海新區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行選擇的指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)指標(biāo)體系的選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和原則進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。結(jié)合濱海新區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,采用因子分析方法、主成分分析方法以及SWOT分析方法對(duì)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。進(jìn)一步,選出典型的兩個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)其今后適合的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的論述。最后給出本文的結(jié)論。本文所采用的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源于《濱海新區(qū)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《天津統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《上海浦東新區(qū)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《深圳特區(qū)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》。
[Abstract]:With the gradual acceleration of China's modernization construction, the important position of regional economy in the national economy is gradually emerging, and its development degree and development mode are related to the overall operating level of our country's economy. Regional leading industry not only embodies the comparative advantage of regional resources, but also has the property of leading department. In essence, it is a regional leading industry. Leading industry as a driving force to promote economic development plays a vital role. Therefore, the choice of leading industries in Binhai New area and the study of its industrial development model have become the most important part in the economic development of Binhai New area in the future. In this paper, the present situation of economic development in Binhai New area is summarized, analyzed and compared with other regions, and on the basis of this, the related concepts are defined. The index system of selecting the leading industries in Binhai New area is put forward, and the selection criteria and principles of the index system are expounded in detail. Combined with the actual situation of Binhai New area, this paper makes an empirical study on the choice of leading industries by factor analysis, principal component analysis and SWOT analysis. Further, select the typical two industries, and discuss the suitable development model in the future. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is given. The data used in this paper come from the Statistical Yearbook of Binhai New area, Tianjin Statistical Yearbook, Shanghai Pudong New area Statistical Yearbook and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Statistical Yearbook.
