【摘要】：構(gòu)建完善的多層次資本市場是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀要求。文章剖析了廣西沿邊資本市場的現(xiàn)狀和問題,分析廣西沿邊金融改革試驗區(qū)構(gòu)建多層次資本市場構(gòu)建的必要性,結(jié)合其CAFTA以及"一帶一路"特殊背景對廣西沿邊綜改區(qū)多層次資本市場的構(gòu)建提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:Constructing a perfect multi-level capital market is the objective requirement of economic globalization and regional economic development. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of Guangxi's border capital market, and analyzes the necessity of constructing multi-level capital market in Guangxi's border financial reform experimental area. Combined with its special background of "Belt and Road", some suggestions are put forward for the construction of multi-level capital market in Guangxi border comprehensive reform area.
