【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷增長的重要動力之一,隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展以及市場競爭的日益加劇,區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力已成為區(qū)域綜合競爭力的重要指標(biāo),是決定區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長實力的關(guān)鍵。因此研究評價區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力有著重要的理論意義及現(xiàn)實意義。 本文對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程及研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,在對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵及構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,說明區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力在系統(tǒng)中的重要性。闡述甘肅省區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的主體要素及環(huán)境要素的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從投入能力、擴(kuò)散能力、支撐能力和產(chǎn)出能力4個方面構(gòu)建區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)體系,通過主成分分析法和熵值法,運用SPSS17對甘肅省區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行實證分析,得出甘肅省區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力綜合發(fā)展水平和發(fā)展走勢,最后提出甘肅省區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:Innovation is one of the important driving forces for the continuous growth of national and regional economy. With the continuous development of regional economy and the intensification of market competition, regional innovation ability has become an important indicator of regional comprehensive competitiveness. It is the key to determining the level of regional economic development and the strength of economic growth. Therefore, the research and evaluation of regional technological innovation ability has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the development course and research status of regional innovation system are summarized. Based on the analysis of the connotation and components of regional innovation system, the importance of regional technological innovation ability in the system is explained. This paper expounds the development status of the main elements and environmental elements of regional technological innovation ability in Gansu Province, and constructs the index system of regional technological innovation ability from four aspects: input capacity, diffusion ability, support capacity and output ability. By means of principal component analysis and entropy method, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the regional technological innovation ability of Gansu Province by using SPSS17, and obtains the comprehensive development level and development trend of the regional technological innovation ability in Gansu Province. Finally, the paper puts forward the choice of the development path of the regional technological innovation ability in Gansu province.
