【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古承接?xùn)|部沿海地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移剛剛起步,尚未形成相對成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移模式和典型經(jīng)驗(yàn),在區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的理論和實(shí)踐研究上尚處于空白。針對鄂爾多斯市承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和區(qū)域合作的實(shí)踐探索,汲取國內(nèi)其他先進(jìn)地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)鄂爾多斯市承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的優(yōu)劣勢,提煉相對成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移模式和特點(diǎn),將有效彌補(bǔ)少數(shù)民族特色地區(qū)和西部落后地區(qū)推進(jìn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的不足。本文擬以鄂爾多斯江蘇工業(yè)園區(qū)為例,探索從“從哪里轉(zhuǎn)”到“轉(zhuǎn)什么”、“怎樣轉(zhuǎn)”,為鄂爾多斯地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和內(nèi)蒙古區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略的完善提出具有參考價(jià)值的針對性意見和建議,摸索一條以承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移開發(fā)區(qū)建設(shè)帶動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新路子。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia has just started to undertake the industrial transfer in the eastern coastal areas and has not yet formed a relatively mature industrial transfer model and typical experience. The theoretical and practical research on regional industrial transfer is still blank. Aiming at the practice and exploration of industrial transfer and regional cooperation in Ordos city, drawing on the experience of industrial transfer in other advanced regions in China, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of industrial transfer in Ordos city, and refines the relatively mature mode and characteristics of industrial transfer. It will effectively make up for the deficiency of promoting the coordinated development of regional industries in minority characteristic areas and western backward areas. Taking the Jiangsu Industrial Park of Ordos as an example, this paper explores from "where to turn" to "what to turn", "how to turn", For the economic development of Ordos region and the perfection of regional economic strategy of Inner Mongolia, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions with reference value, and explores a new way to carry on the construction of industrial transfer development zone to promote regional economic development.
