【摘要】：綠色建筑順應(yīng)了建筑業(yè)未來發(fā)展的趨勢，對轉(zhuǎn)變城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)模式、促進新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式具有深遠影響。然而，在中國不同地區(qū)落實綠色建筑需要因地制宜的制定方案，讓綠色建筑軟著陸。通過本文的研究希望綠色建筑的理念可以得到政府和社會各界更多的關(guān)注，在振興吉林省建筑業(yè)的改革措施上拋磚引玉、群策群力，，加快吉林省推行綠色建筑的步伐，運用科學(xué)合理的方法找到綠色建筑發(fā)展模式的捷徑，促進吉林省建筑業(yè)升級和持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 首先，本文在概念解析和內(nèi)涵剖析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了作者對綠色建筑發(fā)展模式的理解和推行綠色建筑發(fā)展模式應(yīng)遵循的原則。將綠色建筑放在全壽命周期的時間維度中進行定義，引入了生態(tài)學(xué)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念在建筑科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的交叉延伸。 其次，作者構(gòu)建了綠色建筑發(fā)展模式總體框架圖，描繪了綠色建筑實踐主體、實踐方式、實踐層次的關(guān)系，使各地區(qū)發(fā)展綠色建筑成為一種可模仿、可普及的一種范式。深入研究了綠色建筑實踐主體之間的利益訴求、驅(qū)動因素和相互關(guān)系，就如何使他們沿著綠色建筑的發(fā)展方向提出了相對應(yīng)的措施；細致地闡述了綠色建筑的實踐方式的新思路、新方法即技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新、環(huán)境創(chuàng)新、政策創(chuàng)新，具有一定的科學(xué)參考價值；作者還創(chuàng)新地提出綠色建筑的實踐層次從“主體行為綠色化——產(chǎn)業(yè)格局綠色化——城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展綠色化”是循序漸進的，建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求實現(xiàn)大循環(huán)，即在社會層面實現(xiàn)更為廣泛的物質(zhì)、能量的循環(huán)利用。 再次，在總結(jié)了綠色建筑在吉林省發(fā)展的歷史過程后，采用SWOT分析法對吉林省推廣綠色建筑進行優(yōu)劣勢分析，對于下一步進行吉林省綠色建筑發(fā)展模式的構(gòu)建起到先行鋪墊作用。 最后，以長春凈月萬科城為案例，模擬了綠色建筑群與周邊產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展一系列的綠色效應(yīng)。論證了綠色建筑發(fā)展模式具有可普遍推廣的可能性。并針對吉林省推廣綠色建筑發(fā)展模式提出了七點措施建議，期望能為我省大規(guī)模推廣綠色建筑獻計獻策。
[Abstract]:Green building conforms to the trend of future development of construction industry, and has far-reaching influence on changing the mode of urban construction, promoting the development of new industries and changing the mode of economic development. However, the implementation of green buildings in different parts of China requires a local plan to soft land green buildings. Through the research of this paper, we hope that the concept of green building can be paid more attention by the government and all walks of life of the society, and that the reform measures of revitalizing the construction industry in Jilin Province can draw on the brick and mortar, work together to quicken the pace of promoting green architecture in Jilin Province. In order to promote the upgrading and sustainable development of the construction industry in Jilin Province, a scientific and reasonable method is used to find a shortcut to the development mode of green building. Firstly, on the basis of concept analysis and connotation analysis, this paper puts forward the author's understanding of the green building development model and the principles to be followed in carrying out the green building development model. The green building is defined in the time dimension of the whole life cycle, and the ecological theory and the concept of sustainable development are introduced in the field of architectural science. Secondly, the author constructs the overall frame diagram of green building development model, depicts the relationship among the practice subject, practice mode and practice level of green building, which makes the development of green building in various regions become a kind of paradigm that can be imitated and popularized. This paper deeply studies the interests demand, driving factors and relationship among the subjects of green building practice, and puts forward corresponding measures on how to make them develop along the direction of green building. This paper expounds the new thinking of the practice mode of green building in detail. The new method is technological innovation, management innovation, environmental innovation and policy innovation, which has certain scientific reference value. The author also puts forward that the practice level of green building is gradual and orderly from "the subject behavior is green, industrial pattern is green-town development is green", and the sustainable development of construction industry requires the realization of large circulation. That is, the realization of a broader social level of matter, energy recycling. Thirdly, after summarizing the historical process of green building development in Jilin Province, the advantages and disadvantages of popularizing green building in Jilin Province are analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. For the next green building development model in Jilin Province to play a role in the construction of the first. Finally, taking Changchun Jingyue Vanke City as a case, this paper simulates a series of green effects of green buildings and surrounding industrial chains and regional economic development. It is proved that the development mode of green building has the possibility of being popularized. This paper also puts forward seven measures to promote green building development mode in Jilin province, hoping to offer suggestions for large-scale promotion of green building in Jilin province.
