【摘要】：京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展過(guò)程中,三地面臨著區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度落差大、安全生產(chǎn)信息不對(duì)稱、安全監(jiān)管無(wú)合作等現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,給一體化進(jìn)程中的區(qū)域安全生產(chǎn)工作帶來(lái)了諸多挑戰(zhàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)京津冀地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,結(jié)合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)水平與安全生產(chǎn)狀況的函數(shù)關(guān)系,參照珠三角地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展模式,探討安全生產(chǎn)與京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)關(guān)系,指出京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展過(guò)程中安全生產(chǎn)工作面臨的新形勢(shì),并針對(duì)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展過(guò)程中安全生產(chǎn)工作的特點(diǎn),提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策措施與建議,為推動(dòng)京津冀區(qū)域協(xié)同健康發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the process of coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the three places are faced with the reality of unbalanced regional economic development, large industrial gradient, asymmetric information on safety production, and lack of cooperation in safety supervision. It brings many challenges to the regional safety production in the process of integration. By analyzing the present situation of industrial development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and combining the functional relationship between the level of regional economy and the situation of production safety, and referring to the pattern of industrial coordinated development in the Pearl River Delta region, This paper probes into the relationship between safety production and the regional economic and social development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, points out the new situation of the safety production work in the process of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development, and aims at the characteristics of the safety production work in the process of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to promote the harmonious and healthy development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
