烏江翻壩專用船船型論證

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,貴州省航運(yùn)業(yè)正處于重要發(fā)展時期,烏江航道與樞紐通航設(shè)施的建設(shè)為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了極大助力。隨著沿江經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及烏江航運(yùn)條件的大改善,烏江航運(yùn)將翻開新的篇章,到2020年烏江年貨運(yùn)量將達(dá)到1500萬t。然而,烏江梯級開發(fā)后,現(xiàn)有船舶貨運(yùn)組織方式單一低效以及樞紐通航設(shè)施通過能力不統(tǒng)一且不足等問題將與未來日益增長的運(yùn)輸需求極為不適應(yīng)。為有效解決以上問題,提高通航設(shè)施的通過效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)烏江航運(yùn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的大發(fā)展,優(yōu)化烏江船舶貨運(yùn)組織方式及船型已迫在眉睫。 從未來的運(yùn)輸缺口分析可見,單一采用過樞紐運(yùn)輸組織方式,無法解決通過能力不足的問題,而建設(shè)烏江新通道的條件也尚不具備,翻壩運(yùn)輸將勢在必行。本文首先對常規(guī)翻壩貨運(yùn)組織方式進(jìn)行了綜合分析;從提高烏江運(yùn)能出發(fā),提出將船上皮帶運(yùn)輸作為烏江翻壩新型貨運(yùn)組織方式之一,選擇自卸船作為該種貨運(yùn)組織方式下的翻壩專用船型。 烏江目前還沒有自卸船,作為烏江翻壩新型貨運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵要素,其船型主尺度論證至關(guān)重要,可為科學(xué)指導(dǎo)市場,促進(jìn)烏江船型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化奠定技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。為此本文重點(diǎn)圍繞烏江自卸船船型論證展開研究工作。 烏江自卸船作為一種新船型,有其特定的通航環(huán)境和船型特點(diǎn)。目前常用船型論證方法有層次分析法、模糊綜合評判方法、主成分分析方法、灰關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法和DEA方法等。但現(xiàn)有船型論證方法在權(quán)重系數(shù)確定、評價指標(biāo)相關(guān)性和論證結(jié)果信息量方面各有不足之處,為此本文提出一種改進(jìn)DEA方法,,不僅能夠解決主客觀權(quán)重系數(shù)確定方法在權(quán)重系數(shù)確定過程中產(chǎn)生的不利影響,同時論證結(jié)果可以反饋更多的信息,為船型方案提出改進(jìn)方向,并為船型論證方法的研究提供新思路。 本文通過引入具體算例,分別采用改進(jìn)DEA方法和層次分析法以及DEA方法進(jìn)行船型對比論證,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性;并基于對自卸船船型特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)關(guān)鍵的分析,構(gòu)建烏江自卸船綜合評價指標(biāo)體系;采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)法結(jié)合改進(jìn)DEA方法對烏江自卸船進(jìn)行論證分析,最終得到烏江自卸船各載貨噸級最優(yōu)船型方案,經(jīng)實(shí)例應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:At present, Guizhou's shipping industry is in an important period of development. The construction of Wujiang waterway and navigation facilities provides a great help for the development of regional economy. With the rapid development of the economy along the Yangtze River and the great improvement of the shipping conditions along the Wujiang River, the shipping of the Wujiang River will open a new chapter, and the annual cargo volume of the Wujiang River will reach 15 million tons by 2020. However, after the development of Wujiang cascade, the problems of single and low efficiency of ship freight organization mode and the inconsistency and insufficiency of navigation facilities passing through the hub will be extremely unsuitable for the increasing transportation demand in the future. In order to solve the above problems effectively, improve the efficiency of navigation facilities and realize the great development of shipping and economy in Wujiang, it is urgent to optimize the organization and type of shipping in Wujiang. It can be seen from the analysis of the transportation gap in the future that it is impossible to solve the problem of insufficient passing capacity by adopting the single transportation organization mode of the hub, and the conditions for the construction of the new channel of Wujiang River are not yet available, so it will be imperative to carry over the dam. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis is carried out on the conventional freight transportation mode, and from the point of view of improving the transportation capacity of Wujiang River, it is put forward that the transportation of belt on board is one of the new types of freight transportation organization in Wujiang River. The self-unloading ship is chosen as the special ship type of overturning dam under this kind of freight organization mode. At present, Wujiang has not unloaded its ship. As the key element of the new type of freight system, the demonstration of the main scale of the ship type is very important, which can lay a technical foundation for guiding the market scientifically and promoting the standardization of Wujiang ship type. Therefore, this paper focuses on the Wujiang self-unloading ship type argumentation. As a new type of ship, Wujiang dump ship has its special navigable environment and characteristics. At present, the methods of ship type argumentation include Analytic hierarchy process, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Principal component Analysis, Grey Relational degree Analysis and DEA, etc. However, the existing ship type demonstration methods have their shortcomings in the determination of weight coefficient, the correlation of evaluation indexes and the amount of information on the results of demonstration. Therefore, an improved DEA method is proposed in this paper. It can not only solve the adverse influence of subjective and objective weight coefficient determination method in the process of weight coefficient determination, but also can feedback more information from the result of demonstration, and propose the improvement direction for the ship type scheme. It also provides a new idea for the study of ship type demonstration method. In this paper, the feasibility of this method is verified by introducing concrete examples, adopting the improved DEA method, the analytic hierarchy process method and the DEA method, respectively, and based on the analysis of the characteristics and technical key points of the self-unloading ship, the feasibility of the method is verified. This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of Wujiang self-unloading ship, uses the network method combined with the improved DEA method to demonstrate and analyze the Wujiang self-unloading ship, and finally obtains the optimal ship form scheme for each cargo tonnage class of the Wujiang self-unloading ship, which is applied by an example. The effectiveness of the method is verified.
