【摘要】：使用2005-2012年全國30個省市的面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用隨機(jī)前沿分析(SFA)模型分析了各地區(qū)文化事業(yè)投入技術(shù)效率水平情況。采用超越對數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)測算了我國區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)效率水平與相關(guān)生產(chǎn)要素的關(guān)系模型。通過技術(shù)無效率方程考察了區(qū)域文化事業(yè)投入效率的政策影響因素。結(jié)果表明,對于文化事業(yè)投入效率,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、科技水平有顯著的正向影響,而文化事業(yè)費(fèi)占財(cái)政支出比重及人均文化事業(yè)費(fèi)分別形成了正向和負(fù)向的影響。盡管文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提升了各地區(qū)地方文化事業(yè)投入技術(shù)效率,各地區(qū)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的差異化并沒有在文化事業(yè)的技術(shù)效率得以體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Using the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in 2005-2012 years and using the stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) model, the technical efficiency level of cultural undertakings in various regions is analyzed. The relationship model of the technical efficiency level of regional cultural industry and related production factors is calculated by using the transcendental logarithmic production function. The results show that there is a significant positive impact on the efficiency of cultural undertakings, the level of regional economic development and the level of science and technology, while cultural undertakings have a positive and negative impact on the proportion of financial expenditure and the per capita cultural undertakings. The implementation has enhanced the technical efficiency of local cultural undertakings in various regions, and the differences in the development strategy of cultural industries in various regions are not reflected in the technical efficiency of cultural undertakings.
