中國(guó)對(duì)東盟出口增長(zhǎng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素分析

【摘要】:在當(dāng)前國(guó)際金融危機(jī)影響尚未結(jié)束、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義不斷抬頭的背景下,自貿(mào)區(qū)是區(qū)域內(nèi)國(guó)家抱團(tuán)取暖、抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要合作平臺(tái),中國(guó)—東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的成立會(huì)進(jìn)一步減少貿(mào)易壁壘,其一體化進(jìn)程和水平非常深遠(yuǎn)和廣闊,中國(guó)和東盟都將從中獲益。對(duì)亞洲乃至世界格局產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響,也加快了中國(guó)區(qū)域合作的步伐,是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大勢(shì)所趨,中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立不僅可以減少中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)、日本、歐洲市場(chǎng)的依賴(lài)性,同時(shí)也有利于中國(guó)出口市場(chǎng)多元化戰(zhàn)略的進(jìn)程。 本文以中國(guó)對(duì)東盟出口增長(zhǎng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素為研究對(duì)象,旨在確定影響中國(guó)對(duì)東盟貿(mào)易規(guī)模的諸多因素及其影響程度,以期為促進(jìn)中國(guó)加入中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)后的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系健康發(fā)展提出有針對(duì)性的政策建議。 文章從中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的介紹以及內(nèi)部關(guān)系入手,介紹了中國(guó)與東盟國(guó)家的市場(chǎng)和產(chǎn)品上的出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性和互補(bǔ)性?坍(huà)了各自國(guó)家相對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)和出口產(chǎn)品。借助于貿(mào)易引力模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),最終實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示,貿(mào)易對(duì)象國(guó)和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模之比和貿(mào)易國(guó)人均GDP與中國(guó)人均GDP差額的絕對(duì)值對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)東盟出口貿(mào)易額增加的影響最為顯著,中國(guó)與貿(mào)易伙伴國(guó)之間的對(duì)外直接投資、對(duì)象國(guó)GDP、共同的語(yǔ)言以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作對(duì)中國(guó)與東盟間的產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易有積極作用,兩國(guó)間地理距離對(duì)產(chǎn)品出口貿(mào)易有阻礙作用。因此,為促進(jìn)中國(guó)對(duì)東盟的出口貿(mào)易持續(xù)健康增長(zhǎng),在開(kāi)拓和發(fā)展國(guó)際市場(chǎng)時(shí)不能一概而論,應(yīng)該根據(jù)不同市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)采取不同發(fā)展策略最后提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the impact of the current international financial crisis not yet over and trade protectionism on the rise, the FTA is an important cooperative platform for countries in the region to stay together and resist risks. The establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area will further reduce trade barriers, and its integration process and level is very profound and broad, China and ASEAN will benefit from it. The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area will not only reduce China's impact on the United States and Japan, but also accelerate the pace of regional cooperation between China and the world. It is the general trend of economic globalization that the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area will not only reduce China's impact on the United States and Japan. The dependence of European market also benefits the process of diversification strategy of Chinese export market at the same time. This paper takes the driving factors of China's export growth to ASEAN as the research object, in order to determine the factors that affect the scale and extent of China's trade with ASEAN. In order to promote the healthy development of economic and trade relations after China's entry into the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, this paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations. Starting with the introduction of China-ASEAN Free Trade area and its internal relations, this paper introduces the export competitiveness and complementarity between China and ASEAN countries in their markets and products. Describes the comparative advantages of their respective industries and export products. With the aid of the trade gravity model, the final empirical results show that, The ratio of trade target countries and China's economic scale and the absolute value of the per capita GDP and China's per capita GDP difference of trading countries have the most significant effect on the increase of China's export trade to ASEAN, and the outward direct investment between China and its trading partners is the most significant. The target country's GDP, common language and regional economic cooperation play a positive role in the product trade between China and ASEAN, and the geographical distance between the two countries hinders the product export trade. Therefore, in order to promote the sustained and healthy growth of China's export trade to ASEAN, we should not generalize when we open up and develop the international market, we should adopt different development strategies according to the characteristics of different markets and finally put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
